"We stayed here for a week from August 26, 2 adults and 2 teens.
And in my opinion this is no where near a 4 star, barely a 3.
Room
We were in a family room with connecting door. Which was ideal for the teens to have their own space.
Nice and spacious with a big balcony. Very dated and lots of ants in the bathroom.
No air con- didn’t think there were many places about without it! Ceiling fan was pointless just moving hot air round.
After first night we hired air con for both rooms at an additional £100.
Pools
3 pools no issues getting a sunbed at all at any time of day.
Foam party and inflatable were fun and the grounds of the hotel are well kept and beautiful.
Food
Ok typical all inclusive could always have something but we are out a few times as menu was same most nights. Lunch seemed better than dinner.
Drinks
Slushes tasted the same whether you had lemon or strawberry- they didn’t take fruity at all they tasted awful. No one seemed to be having them even kids! They were included but I would have paid for a nice slush.
Cocktails- pina colada was nice but ask for extra rum to be put in it because you can’t taste alcohol.
Lager is Amstel so very happy with that,
Spirits very watered down so we kept on the lager and bought our own drinks for the room.
Snack bar- non existent really, a tray of sandwiches that once gone wasn’t replaced. So if you missed breakfast no alternative.
When you check in they give you some info and a QR code and on that it says a selection of snacks available and a picture of a burger and fries- unless they have this earlier in the year but when we were there it didn’t happen.
Location
Great location, couple of minutes to spa and spoons and a nice walk along the strip. Nice and hot with a welcomed breeze and didn’t need a jacket on a night- know some people have asked this.
We went to cafe la ola to watch the sax player who was outstanding, and the views are amazing. We stayed all night def worth a visit.
Entertainment on in lots of the bars with live music. Very cheap to eat out too.
We went to the market in Teguise, taxi was €40 each way so an expensive day but there was no option left for transfer and the busses were busy.
Was ok for a couple of hours but the bags they sell in the Chinese shops on the strip are cheaper than the market.
We like a good haggle this and the girls got some bracelets and sunglasses that they were happy with.
Rancho Texas was fabulous. Soo and waterpark and was so much fun for all ages and only €4 in a taxi.
On our last day we went to the shopping centre they have crazy golf open air cinema and for teens bershka and pull and bear.!
All
In all we enjoyed our time but we spent a lot of time out of the hotel.
Hotel is def not a 4 star with no air con and poor food options. But that’s just my opinion."
