"Not sure where the negative reviews have come from, out experience was nothing but fantastic. Stayed in a bungalow with our teen son and there was plenty space. The manager on the front desk (with glasses, sorry I can'tremember your name!), superb, provided all necessary information about the hotel, day trips and anything else we needed. I actually wondered if he ever went home? Breakfast is outstanding, really enjoyed the variety and very relaxing, staff aren't hovering waiting to take your plate like other hotels! The staff are the gem of this hotel, working constantly and very polite. I loved the location, an easy 15ish minutes walk and your on the strip. We will definitely return to HPL, couldn't have asked for a better hotel 😀"

"A gorgeous stay at Hyde park lane. We stayed here (with our two children) in October 26. The bungalows themselves are fairly well-equipped. We were able to cook on a few nights on the two hobs and microwave. They are also super family friendly. We asked for a cot and were given a cot, high chair, baby bath, plates, cups and cutlery suitable for our little one. Cleaning is every other day which was fine. The facilities at the hotel are great but there is no children’s entertainment. Kids club can be accessed but is no longer staffed which is a shame. There are two pools: one busy with music, one quiet. You could ALWAYS get a sunbed and parasol. Honestly, I would return here in a heartbeat. The staff are great. Facilities are good. Location was perfect for us."

"It’s the fourth time we stay at HPL and everytime is a real pleasure, a sense of comfort that makes the stay so cozy and pleasant. Excellent and clean apartments, super kind and always available staff, top location and good quality of food and breakfast, see you next year and please don’t change your services, those are one of the main reasons we have always choosen it"
