"Hotel itself lovely, clean, spacious and modern. Self check in desks do not work - just go straight to the desk instead of wasting your time. Breakfast was okay. There was a wide selection of pastries, yoghurt, fruit and breads. Not a massive selection of hot foods. Pancakes and syrups also available. Juices that self refill which is good as you're not waiting for someone to refill them. We didn't eat anything else at the hotel so cannot review lunch or dinner. Good selection of cocktails and mocktails at the bar at reasonable prices. Both pool areas are great. The relaxation pool was chilled and quiet and the family zone was fun and upbeat with slides also! The rooms were nice, the bathroom situation is a little revealing so be aware when booking. Doors for toilet and shower are just frosted glass. Was not an issue for us as i travelled with my partner. The room itself was quiet, the air con was good and the ceiling fan also helped in the hot weather. If you want to use the fridge make sure you turn the dial up to keep things cold. People get up early to reserve sunbeds but they do have a use it or lose it policy which we seen in action. Unfortunately the people who lost the sunbeds only went to the pool bar for their lunch. We did tell the staff this but they ignored us and took the towels off and the sun loungers away. Hard lines. We never had an issue getting a sun lounger but I'm.sure in busier months it will be harder. The spa at the hotel is also lovely. Highly recommend a full body massage. You can also pay €17 and use the spa facilities for 90 mins which is also recommended but you do need to book in advance. The walk to the seafront from the hotel is around 12 minutes and the walk to the marina around 25 minutes. I recommend walking if able as it's a nice stroll. I would stay at this hotel again"

"We stopped at mynd Yaiza 10 to 20 September nice friendly atmosphere good to please modern spacious superior room on ground floor facing the pool on adults side clean and well maintained grounds good bar at night with good selection of premium drinks singer every night needs a bit of improvement with selection food breakfast food ie bacon & no beans ! But over all good was of a good standard at breakfast Thier was a gluten free station for toast & cereals room was cleaned to a good standard by Mary we would stop again good value for money including the bar prices in a good location with in the Marina & harbour had a lovely time"

"Fantastic time here again, staff are all very friendly, location is central for beach, bars and places to eat. Atmosphere is very chilled. The rooms are what you see when you book, we had road side the first time we came, which can be a little windy, pool side is better. The rooms are cleaned as much or as little as you want, you choose. Would recommend this hotel"
