Ereza Hoopoe Villas

"Such a beautiful villa and amazing pool and jacuzzi. The staff were so helpful, right from the start, when we arrived late at night and one of the staff came out to meet us, right to the end with reassurances of assistance if we had any problems with transfers. The villa had a fully equipped kitchen, a 'welcome pack' which included olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper and turmeric salt as well as crisps, bread, tea, coffee milk, butter and cheese. I also contacted reception ahead and they sorted out some almond milk for me. Housekeeping is done at a time suited to you- they prefer you to be out when it is carried out. It's great coming back to clean villa and beds made after a dya out.Fresh towels and toilet rolls were brought whenever we asked for them. We used the buses, taxis (which reception can book for you) and walked a lot but some other guests had hire cars which I can imagine would be useful as the villas are about a twenty- 30 minute walk from the nearest small supermarket. A highlight was climbing Montana Roja, behind the villas. I'm giving a five star review as it was wonderful but would like to mention a few small things that would make the villa even more amazing. Firstly, the only mirrors are in the bathrooms which get very misted up if you have used the shower. It would have been good to have a mirror and dressing table/desk in the master bedroom. Secondly, more hooks for towels, robes etc. Finally, it would have been good to have a dustpan and brush to keep the floor clean in between housekeeping visits. "From the moment we checked in till we left we experienced the most incredible experience the team had gone above and beyond for us we came to Lanzarote to celebrate my mums birthday we stayed four days and we honestly loved every moment of the villa. On arrival we received a welcome hamper full of essentials we stayed in 108 which was privately situated the rooms clean and spacious bathroom fully stocked with rituals products. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook and serve lunch, breakfast and dinner. I would highly recommend to book with Ereza hoopoe. Every thing was perfect from start to Finnish. We had our own private pool which was big and nice temperatures I can’t fault this place it was immaculately clean and housekeeping is available everyday. We hired a car to be able to get around and we definitely needed it to get around. But they do have taxis and a regular bus service. we love playa Blanca and definitely will be coming back everything was so perfect and the views are beautiful"
