"Brilliant loving entertainment good position"

"Came here September 2026 for 10 nights with family. The hotel was great, very clean and decent food options throughout the day and evening. The entertainment team were excellent, from darts and table tennis, to mixology coctail sessions. They really made it more enjoyable. We loved feeding the cats too."

"Location is perfect, Rooms are great everywhere good but pool toilets need more attention as very wet and tissue paper everywhere. The food is good and plenty to choose from. THE POOL well it’s a family hotel and most children are up early and will want to swim . So everyone has to wait until 10am on the dot to enter the pool area. It is carnage men jumping over flowers to get 8 sunbeds which are on sat on for 3 hours . And 5 of said sun beds not sat on all day !! I you dare to put a towel or bag on sunbed before 10 am you are showed at and the have your name and room number written in the naughty book !! Why ! Some of the guests have no consideration for elderly or disabled guests and block entrances to sunbeds again then not sitting on them. Management don’t feel the need to address this. These few things spoil what is a lovely family hotel."
