Vitalclass Lanzarote SPA & Wellness Resort

"Our first family holiday abroad was a truly excellent experience, thanks to the Vitalclass Resort. Accommodation & Service The hotel is very well laid out, and our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, truly embracing a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. We had a minor issue with an air-conditioning fan, and while it couldn't be fixed immediately, they proactively arranged an alternative solution for us. Dining - All-Inclusive The All-Inclusive package was very good in the context of typical AI offerings. We appreciated the fresh fruit and vegetables available daily. Breakfast was a highlight, arguably the best meal, while dinner offered a pleasing variety with a different theme each night. Pools & Entertainment The pool areas felt safe and well-managed, and the presence of attentive lifeguards was welcome (though one was occasionally a little over-vigilant!). The Animation Team were fantastic! A special shout-out to the lead female team member; she was the driving force behind the daytime activities and the nightly mini-disco. Her energy and genuine attention to all the children were absolutely brilliant. Facilities & Transport We didn't use the gym or indoor pool, but heard positive feedback from other guests who did. Transport to the town square was simple and great value, with taxis costing only €3 to €4 and arriving very quickly. > ⚠️ A helpful warning for families: Taxis count a "babe in arms" as a person. With five of us, we occasionally had to take two taxis if a larger van wasn't available. > The Sunday market trip was worth the €22 (one-way) taxi fare. We didn't visit the nearby beaches, as we prefer locations with more natural shade. Overall Verdict All in all, the Vitalclass Resort gave us a superb family holiday. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other young families."

"Just got back 15 nights usually don’t write reviews-but someone put animation 5star Absolute rubbish -no disco for kids in 15 nights all the children wanted was a bit of a dance but no -the so called entertainment were bone idle -when manager went home they did nothing -as said before should be sacked Rooms good -food good -location fair -5 euro to Costa Teguise square some amazing restaurants-pool areas good -water warm and drinks ok . Reception and bar staff excellent. Shows at night -apart from a couple very poor No where to go round hotel unless you get a taxi."

"My recent experience at Vitalclass in Teguise was quite enjoyable. The breakfast and dinner buffets exceeded my expectations, both receiving a well-deserved 5-star rating. The late evening arrival selection of food was by far the worst i have ever come across, really poor. The selection of drinks on AI was satisfactory but I have had much better in other hotels, plus only one bar staff serving made it a long wait each time. I would suggest unless big drinkers half board is more than enough as the AI outside of meal times is poor and drinks are included for breakfast and dinner anyway. The cleanliness of my room was satisfactory, although there was a minor issue that warranted a 4-star rating. The rooms layout was perfect for our family with 2 great bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and living area. The beds are really firm and my back was very sore each morning. The rooms do require a little bit of TLC but all the amenities you would require was available, if being really picky then the mattresses, towels and some of the decor needs attention. The pools are all of great size and never seemed older crowded. Again a bit of TLC required in terms of upgrading the sunbeds that have busted through to leave dented areas under the mattress so very uncomfortable. Wouldn't take long for a member of staff to go round and check and to remove any that are in disrepair. Some of the tiles in a small number of places are cracked, but giving the size of the hotel resort there is more in good repair that not. The sport area was the main reason we choose here, having a daughter that needed access to a fully laned pool for training sessions and any. The pool for her was great. The gym is a little tired and some equipment such as the rowing machine and some of the weights machines needs a good service. This area could be doing with an upgrade if fully honest with air-conditioning! I would consider returning for another visit, as the overall experience was positive."
