"We stayed for 1 week at Vitalclass and it wasn't long enough! Our stay was comfortable, the facilities are clean, the food was great, the staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely go back. The kids club ran 3 times throughout each day and my children loved it! Especially Veronica who ran it. She was brilliant with the girls and I totally trusted her. Bigs hugs all round when it was tome to leave. I found that the patrons were respectful too, I have stayed at other all inclusive places before and witnessed some rowdy behaviour, I saw nothing like this at Vitalclass, everyone was friendly and respectful. I highly recommend!"

"An detailed honest review: **Please note, I've been very honest in this review, and wrote a little bit about each part of the hotel, after I left this review on google, the hotel responded saying the hot tub issues were attended to, and it was basically our fault for not following their instructions. They also saod we should have raised the other issues with them at the time - however I did not want to spend my whole holiday complaining about things like lack of aircon, and broken floor tiles, as lets be honest - there is nothing they could have dont to instantly fix these things! No hotel is perfect, and I've reflected on bith the good and the bad things at this hotel so other guests can see an honest review. For the hotel to respond blaming us as guests for not reporting other issues, and that the faults with the hot tub were our own fault goes a long way in saying how they deal with those who DO raise issues - deny and cover up. I think the response reflects worse on them than had they just apologised and accepted the issues raised. A review is just that - an opinion of our experience after the holiday. Main review I left is below: The room we had was 5201, it was top floor with a large living area, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and then an interconnecting door to another bedroom and en suite (with its own access door but we kept this locked) it also had a huge balcony with sun loungers and a hot tub. It's the best room we have ever stayed in, and it will take a lot to beat it! That being said it is only 1 of a few of It's kind at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable! The hot tub, which we paid extra for (€247 for 7 nights) was great when it worked but sadly we had so many problems with it, I wouldn't advise upgrading! It took 2 days for it to reach any sort of adequate temperature (higher than 36°C!) we reported a fault to the hot tub 3 days in a row, it failed to heat up, the water level dropped so it turned off, and the pumps stopped working. That and the fact 1 day the weather was raining all day meant we only managed to use the hot tub twice the whole holiday. I wrote an email to the hotel after the 3rd consecutive day of faults to complain, but I have recieved no response. I also mentioned this on check-out and I was told that they would find my email and respond, they took my email address, but still haven't responded and to be honest I doubt they will now! The food at the hotel was OK, first few days we were very impressed given some previous reviews we had read, but then it got very repetitive and we ended up eating a lot of chips!! The pools were OK, 1 was heated which was brilliant! The other 2 cold, but it was OK when the weather was hot so we didn't mind at all. However - SO many pool tiles were missing and loose from the bottom of the pools, so there were many sharp edges to catch your feet on. The poolside surface was also in need of a re-surface - Somehow we all managed to avoid injury! We didn't realise untill we got there that the indoor pool was only for over 14's, this as far as we could see isn't mentioned on any part of the website, and it was actually 1 of the reasons that made us book the hotel in the 1st place, as we figured of the weather was poor we could still swim, but we couldn't as 1 of our daughters is only 11. Theres a brilliant games room, which we had no idea about till we got there, very modern and new with games, pool table etc and a machine to cash your winning tickets in! The room gets VERY hot though, so can't stay in for long. Same as the room for the evening entertainment- very hot and seemingly no air con. The 1st half of our week was much quieter, but the 2nd half a lot busier (more into half terms for most of UK) so meal times became chaotic, and the poor staff couldnt clear tables quick enough. Despite this though they were always smiling! Reception & bar staff seemed quite miserable at times, we were always very polite when asking questions and reporting issues about the hot tub, and I always smiled at them but rarely got a smile back! There's also a free taxi to town and the beach, but we were never told about this and paid twice. I've scored 3 star for location as it felt a bit in the middle of nowhere, and any trip we took we had to walk 10-15 mins to the pick up point. The town and beach were also too far to really walk to frequently. Overall, we have had a good holiday, but sadly we won't be returning to this hotel. My complaints were not acknowledged or responded to, it needs some maintainance to make it safe around the pool, and some air con in the games room and evening entertainment room. ****Added on Google by myself after hotel response**** Thanks for the response, I've still not had a reply or acknowledgement to my complaint email. We were NOT given ANY instructions on how to use the hot tub, and even if we were, it would not have changed the fact there was a clear fault with the hot tub - hence the drop in water level, inability to heat, and the pumps not working. Are we supposed to have topped the level the level up ourselves? or fixed the pumps? I appreciate that you sent an engineer, but we could still not use the hot tub for 3/4 days of our 7 day holiday. Overall, still a good holiday, but an apology, acknowledgment or gesture of good will would have gone a massive way in terms of an applogy for our disappointment. Rather than being defensive and blaming the guests."
