H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens

"Location is pretty central, if you want to go the square as they call it then you can either walk across the sea front or walk up the hill, Room was lovely, clean spacious, nice balcony, fridge, cups, plates, microwave, kettle, bathroom has a hair dryer, there is a safe in the room but it's 14 euro a week. The staff are second to non, we upgraded to all Inc whilst we were there and in my opinion it's worth it given the prices of the drinks, it does add up trust me. The main restaurant is splint into family and adults only.......if you are noise sensitive at meal times and you are just adults on your own then I would suggest to go into the sectioned off adult only bit, less tables so grab one quick....your ears will thank you later, it's deafening......... Lots of pros for this place, a couple of cons like anywhere, no many outside bathrooms, we found just 2 ....and that's with 1 toilet in each, The wooden flooring around the pool gets very slippy, especially the small hump bridge, it really needs a hand rail on both sides or some non slip stuff on it, so just be careful,... So if you are going with kids they will love it, if you are going without kids get some ear plugs lol..."

"We have spent a few days at H10 Lanzarote Gardens and the experience has been truly fantastic. What impressed me most was seeing how the hotel's culture and the care with which the customer is looked after, especially children, is perceived in absolutely every department. From waiters, entertainment, housekeeping staff to maintenance, all the people we have had contact with have been incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. I think it is very commendable to get an entire team to be so aligned and for that philosophy to be transmitted in such a clear and natural way. It is clear that there is a lot of work behind it and, above all, a great desire to make families feel well taken care of. Without a doubt, it is a hotel that I would recommend to any family looking for a place to enjoy, rest, and feel taken care of, especially if traveling with children and babies. We will definitely return, and next time we hope to do so with more time to enjoy Gardens even more. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so good!"
