"Just returned from 3 weeks, we stayed in a one bedroom superior apartment with a sea view. We e mailed the accomodation and asked for a sunny balcony and could we be reassured we would be away from the building noise. The email was quickly replied to and in room 211 our requests were met 👍 We were above the shops but we were fine with that, the smell of the lovely waffles from the shop below was very tempting! We ate in the dining room once but found the food bland and the room very stark, just our opinion. The cleaners were great, sheets changed every 4 days, and very regular.Our bathroom was very old and dated, with ingrained mould in places, the cleaners gave it an extra clean but it didn't make much difference, not their fault. The rest of the apartment was fine. Plenty of sunbeds, couldn't access area till 9.30 but it stopped the early birds with their towels. Main pool was a little heated, the pool round by the children's area was colder and we could hear the building work at times from there. All the staff were friendly and hardworking. Sangria making by the pool was fun, and aqua aerobics , a few adults quizzes and children's games, don't know about the children's clubs. We only went to the evening entertainment once. Pool towels available at reception, no deposit. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, spoilt for choice. Nice cocktail bar right outside,Vali. Beaches nearby, easy to get around on buses, flat for walking. Would we return, it suited us well but probably not, it's in a great location but it's a bit dated, and our room definitely needed an upgrade. But well done to all the staff who work hard and do their best."

"Building noise is appalling. It starts before 8 . The jack hammer is ridiculous. Hotel say they have no other rooms and jet 2 rep said if she could move us it would be in the same area anyway. We cannot sit in the room never mind the balcony. It’s the worst experience ever. The room is grubby and tired and not 3 star standard. I can’t attach a video for some reason"
