"I have to say, what a stay for our anniversary!! Late review - stayed July 2025 FOOD - Not the biggest dining area but big enough for the size of the hotel. Lots and lots of options, constantly replenished. Each day a different soup that I loved (yes even in the heat). Tuna sambo's are to die for, I miss them so much. Breakfast is spot on, so much to choose from. Then late night snacks there if you have the nibbles after the show. POOL - We were premium side (inc. beach towel) and never had to put towels out the night before. Pool was spotless, although not used much. The breeze keeps you from sweating your bikini off. POOL BAR - Yes you have a designated pool bar, that serves lot of drinks, sambo's, burgers cooked to order and more. Defo try the tuna sambo! Closes early. ENTERTAINMENT - Lots to join in on at the main pool during the day, premium side is all about relax and peaceful. Evening entertainment varies from shows, bingo, quiz nights. They were all do much fun. Yes the entertainment area needs some colour but that is an easy fix. Also has a pool table. Bar tenders are super fast and really do a great job. Didn't see many people tip, which was a shame. TOP TIPS - Bring a cooler drink container coz drinks get hot really fast. - Book premium if you can, no rushing for beds and quieter during the day. ONLY NEGATIVES - Sunday roast - I have to say it all looked so good, but didn't taste great. Felt like there were fake mash, not made from real potatoes. - Pool loungers could do with a mat to soften them up. Very hard to lie my lazy ass on them all day reading my books. - Could have designed a shallow area in premium pool to lounge like they have at the main pool OUTSIDE OF HOTEL BEACH - 10 mins away - Lovely stroll with markets on some days. Ate every day in the hotel so can't comment on outside choices. WARNING- We brought cash but one time n a shop, we used bank card to buy a bag. When we got home we were scammed 3k from that account. They took it in small increments calling it an Amazon charge but it wasn't Then each amount got bigger until we noticed. It was eventually replaced via the bank but we never used that card anywhere bar that shop. I just wish I could recall the shops name. BOOK TO GO BACK IN 29 DAYS - so excited!!!!!"

"Wow tui suneo ficus was my 1st adventure abroad yes at the age of 40 :) a group of 6 of us went out family and friends and all I can say is what a beautiful place to stay, most the group have travelled around the world and not one person could fault anything, from first arriving and one member forgetting her suitcase padlock keys 😂 so reception staff kindly lent me a pair of strong padlock cutters 🤦‍♂️ to the very last minute we left was a dream the complex was so clean and presented the staff couldn’t do enough for us the food was amazing the entertainment staff was amazing even when they ran out of pens for bingo they comprised with cocktail stick markers which entertained everyone everyone and everything was just absolutely faultless we will definitely be returning as soon as possible a lot of happy memories and couldn’t of been in a better place for my birthday week surrounded by family and well a lot of new friends, top marks from us well done everyone who works there you do an amazing job xxx"

"This is a 3 star hotel. Apartments big. Food had something for everyone although did seem very canteen like. Our group had 2 aged over 70, 2 over 50 as well as 2 in their 20s and all ate well. Amstel on tap. Richard the tui rep is a lovely chap, very helpful and was quick to respond to a medical in the food restaurant . We'll done team. Julia and Kasper stood out for all of our group and made sure my sons 21st went down with a bang so thankyou . 😁 If your looking for lively this isn't it but we thoroughly enjoyed what was on offer. There is plenty in walking distance. Only negative bath towels are tiny 🤣 if mobility issues ask for ground floor. thanks all we had a great week.🍹"
