Ficus Apartments

"We arrived at around 10 PM and were pleased to find food still available in the restaurant (mainly salads and sandwiches). Our apartment (room 2203) was on the middle floor, perfectly situated between the pool and the restaurant when looking down, making it close to everything we needed. The apartment was lovely, clean, and spacious. While the decor was a bit dated, it was a great size and had all the amenities we required. During our stay, they even upgraded the sofa in the lounge as part of a resort-wide room refresh. The pool sunbeds got filled up early-no one seemed to take notice of the time restrictions, although when we went, we always found spare seats. The staff were wonderful with absolutely no complaints. A special thanks to Baldo, who kindly helped us out with some coffee for our room! The entertainment team worked incredibly hard to get everyone involved in daytime pool games and activities. The evening entertainment offered a fun mix of games and music—great whether you wanted to join in or just sit back and watch. Tip: take your own beach towels. (The hotel also doesn't provide bottled water) I took empty bottles to the water station and kept filling them up, so no problem. Close to a Spar and other shops and bars, also about a 10-minute stroll to the beach. If you want to go to Teguise market, I would definitely say to use the TUI coach, as the experience that we had with the coach to come back was horrific! It actually upset me; I have never been involved in a scramble for the door, people shouting and getting squashed! :("

"My daughter and I had a lovely trip to Suneo Ficus. It was good value for money and the food and drinks were good. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants so we did go out a couple of times. The sea was lovely and warm and the beaches were quite quiet. The rooms were functional and clean with lots of space and a big balcony overlooking the pool. You couldn’t hear the noise downstairs in the evening as it was quite far away. There was always a sunbed by the pool. The atmosphere was very relaxed and, whilst the entertainment was not what we usually go for, we decided to just get stuck in and ended up having a lot of fun. Big shout out to the entertainment team (Lea, JJ and Klevin) for making us feel very welcome and to the rest of the staff for being very kind and helpful. All round, it was a good value 3* hotel for five nights and I would recommend if you’re looking for something simple."

"This place is a vibe, huge rooms, smart TV, good size balcony, very clean, comfy beds. Its about 15 mins to the beach. Big spar at the end of road which is quite cheap, the atmosphere was friendly and chilled. Always got a sunbed, the evening entertainment was OK... but loads of people were loving it. All inclusive was satisfactory not a huge selection of food but was adequate and tasty. And the drinks were decent enough. I paid £500 for a week all inclusive so for me that was great value! I really enjoyed the week and didn't want to leave."
