"Nice little place and good value for money. Not tar from the airport and can walk to the near town center and shops. The reception a bit outdated but still ok. The temperature in October was still high. Rooms were clean and good size. But a bit noisy from the corridor. A second door is needed to isolate the noise from passing by people and cleaing trolleys. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast great!!! Lunch and dinner good .The food could be a bit more flavourfull. There was same variety for fruit every day which was not exciting but the melon was great!!! Big shout for the entertainment who did their best 👌"

"stayed here 22nd September- 29th September and it is safe to say we are really disappointed! Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel and I definitely wouldn’t consider it all-inclusive. The food was absolutely terrible. We had raw prawns served, which was extremely concerning, and the food was basically the same every single day with very little variety it was always fish, pasta and Brussels sprouts . After a while, we didn’t even want to eat at the hotel. We ordered food from Uber eats and also went into town for food which resulted in spending ALOT of money we didn’t want to spend. The pool was freezing cold, so it wasn’t enjoyable at all, no pool floats were aloud. We were also told there would be a poolside BBQ, but there was absolutely nothing like that during our stay. For an all-inclusive hotel, it was also disappointing that ice creams and ice lollies weren’t included and you had to pay extra for them. You also must pay €1 per cup that is “refundable”. We didn’t get a refund. Cocktails are extremely watered down. The entertainment was honestly absolutely terrible. Most nights it was literally just a small speaker playing music — nothing that I would describe as proper entertainment. There were also police at the hotel most nights which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and certainly didn’t make the stay feel relaxing. Overall, we were really disappointed with this holiday. Between the awful food, freezing pool, lack of entertainment, extra charges and the general atmosphere, I would genuinely tell people not to bother going here. Definitely not what we expected from an 4 star all inclusive holiday which it is most definitely not! Here is the raw prawns in question😊😊"

"Location good not to far from centre, atmosphere brilliant everybody talks to everyone, home from home, entertainment 10/10 especially the comedy club well worth a watch Stepthanie absolutely brilliant but so are the other three, karaoke night brilliant everybody chanting for Trevor to sing was brilliant made his night, rooms lovely as always, good value for money and all staff work hard and Sandra lovely, Food definitely improved"
