The pool water is hotter than a hot tub at my home in the winter, not nice if you are looking for cooling down... then the food... terrible... especially dinner... not even 1 star worth, dirty fish, fatty meat, either bland or mega spicy frozen fish, frozen vegetables, flat potatoes, or everything is just prepared in the microwave... traveled a lot but never eaten so badly and for the slightly better things you have to pay an extra supplement which is absolutely not okay!!!! The breakfast is a small buffet with yogurt, meat, cheese, etc., not kept on ice or in a fridge, while all those products must be kept at 4 to 7 degrees??? Not safe for health, dangerous even! The food is there at 26 degrees from 7:30 to 10 o'clock!!! No coffee can, but a bag so your coffee is cold until the rest arrives Never eaten so badly! The bicycles are still not electric and not maintained, flat tires and a hall that cannot be arranged You notice here that the hotel is not run seriously It only has to yield quality is not important I don't understand the people who give it 5 stars here It is clear that there is no official assessment taking place on Lanzarote or it has been a long time since anyone has come here to assess it objectively By the way, the air conditioning in the restaurant doesn't work well, so you can enjoy the heat. We find it hilarious that this hotel has stars... I would only give the 5 stars to the staff who work here without air conditioning in most rooms There was reasonable air conditioning in the room The shower is one from the silent years, the whole bathroom is under water after showering, they clean 2 times a day In a five-star hotel, there should also be a decent fridge in the room that cools instead of a minibar, and a bottle of water every day... that's what we always got in all five-star hotels. We were disappointed after our stay, our expectations were much too high The hotel is rated too highly, which is not fair to future customers Do something about this or be honest, this is a call to both the manager and the travel industry Giving unreliable information is not correct"

"Definitely not 5 star. Likes - nice room, staff lovely Dislikes - no reception staff, location is remote. Very few amenities at hotel. Head chef keeps coming out of the kitchen every night to proudly announce how great he is 😂. Overall it was disappointing and not worth the money"
