"I have been here for 5 days on Full Board and everything was very good. Quite pleasant: - Location: the hotel's name (Lancelot Playa) says it all; it is on the front line of Reducto Beach. The airport bus stops practically at the door, next to the other hotel that is a tower. There is another stop at the transport hub, a 10-minute walk away, on a pleasant stroll by the sea. From said hub, buses leave for the south (Puerto del Carmen, Tías, Yaiza, Playa Blanca, ...). They also leave for Costa Teguise. At this stop, the buses go straight to the airport, and at the other, they take a small detour behind the hotel (line 22 or 22D), since the promenade is practically pedestrian. The bus station, for towns in the north like San Bartolomé or Órzola, is about a 20-minute walk away. You have to go with a map because you have to wander through streets, as it is not a straight route and the street layout is oriented diagonally with respect to the station. Then you end up learning it. El Charco de San Ginés and La Recova are a 5-7 minute walk away. There is parking next to the hotel. In the area, there are pharmacies and several supermarkets and some electronics stores. - Pool: on the penthouse and with a bar. Excellent views of the city and the sea. Adequate size and artificial grass. Everything is very well maintained. - Common areas: everything is very clean, tidy, and well signposted. Spacious lounge with a television and a large reception area, with a view of the sea and armchairs at the entrance, from which you can see the sea at night, in the cool air and elevated, since to enter the reception, you go up stairs and there is also an elevator to overcome the change in level. - Room: all the furniture is modern and the shower tray is very large. Very large television and a refrigerator that cools well and is empty of alcoholic beverages. I missed a couple of complimentary small bottles of water, which many hotels already provide, which costs them nothing and is a nice gesture toward the customer. I had a room without a sea view and it was phenomenal, because they also have a terrace, like the ones with a front view; you also see quite a bit of the sea and the street view is entertaining and then it becomes very quiet. Wi-Fi works very well and is 5G. - Meals: breakfast and dinner are buffet, and lunch is a menu with a first and second course, with 2 dishes to choose from and 3 desserts to choose from. The dining room for lunch and the one for dinner are very bright, and the first one has phenomenal views of the sea. The second one faces the promenade. Both are very spacious. All the buffet food is very varied. It is a compact buffet, but with well-selected, quality food. Every day there are different salads and ingredients, in case you want to make your own. There are fried foods and fresh items, such as prawns, chicken stews, paellas, ... It is very good that they include mineral water from a machine at no extra charge, which comes out very cold and tasty. Breakfast is varied and has good pastries. All the staff are very friendly."

"Very well-located hotel that is quite modern in its architecture and amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by its services considering its moderate price. The breakfast is decent enough but not extraordinary (we have certainly experienced better in terms of the variety of dishes). We had suite 602 on the hotel roof (larger terrace than the second suite...), excellent view and room amenities, with a magnificent view of the city and the sea"
