"A pleasant stay for a week with family. The hotel is very clean and the staff work really hard to maintain this. The staff are all very friendly, and accommodating. I can see other reviews didn’t rate the housekeeping but we were pleased with this. The rooms are basic but absolutely fine for a week break, the sea view rooms were alot nicer in my opinion. The hotel pool is very quiet, we are travelling with three teenagers and booked here as it was suggested it was a family hotel however having spoken to other guests they were under the impression it was adult only. I can understand this causing some frustration for guests assuming it’s adult only. Breakfast was fine, not the best I’ve had but not the worst either. Plenty of choice. I thought the sun bed policy worked really well. You can have a lie in without worrying about getting up at 7am to secure a bed! People start to queue from about 8:45 but the queue was always really small and we managed to get beds every day. We visited the hippy market and Ibiza town whilst here which are definitely worth a visit. Santa Eulàlia is also really pretty, lots going on in the area. Overall we enjoyed our break, I would visit again but maybe for a long weekend as opposed to a full week."

"Wouldn’t return — go somewhere else if you want a relaxing holiday and sleep! We’re a couple aged 29 and 30, and I want to make clear that we’re not boring people who expect complete silence on holiday! We went to Ibiza knowing exactly what it’s famous for and even experienced the clubs ourselves one night. There’s a big difference between coming back in the early hours respectfully after a night out and having to listen to people coming and going, shouting, slamming doors and making noise throughout the night. Unfortunately, the thin walls meant we were regularly woken up, regardless of whether we had been out or not. We stayed at Hotel Tres Torres for two weeks and soon realised that, while it may be suitable for a couple of nights, we wouldn’t recommend it for a longer, relaxing stay. The room Our Superior Room wasn’t worth the extra money. It was on the first floor and the only real benefits were that it was slightly larger and had a bigger balcony. The room itself was still on the small side and quite basic, with minimal storage. I had actually emailed the hotel three months before our stay specifically requesting a double bed, but when we arrived we were given twin beds pushed together. Reception did provide a mattress topper, though, which made a big difference and made the bed much more comfortable. There was a coffee machine but no spoons to stir your coffee, and the fridge was filled with the hotel’s own drinks, which were extremely expensive. Housekeeping was disappointing. The bed was made and the floor received a quick mop, but the surfaces weren’t wiped properly and the top sheet wasn’t changed once during our two-week stay. We also had cigarette ash repeatedly flicked onto our balcony from the rooms above. We reported this to reception, but nobody came up to clean it for us. What was particularly telling was that even after the maids had cleaned the room the following day, the cigarette ash was still left on our balcony table and chairs. This really highlighted to us how little attention was actually being given to cleaning the room and balcony properly. One thing worth knowing if you’re hoping for a lie-in: the maids start at 9am on the dot. They would knock on the door to check whether you had the Do Not Disturb sign displayed, and if you didn’t, they could enter almost immediately. So if you’re sleeping, make sure that sign is on the door. The noise This was our biggest issue. The walls are incredibly thin. We could hear people coming and going throughout the night, doors slamming, loud music and children running up and down the corridors shouting. It’s not just the bedrooms either — you can clearly hear conversations from the room next door through the vent in the bathroom. You could genuinely hear what people were saying, which really highlights just how poor the soundproofing is. As mentioned, we’re 29 and 30 and absolutely not against having fun. We went out ourselves and enjoyed Ibiza’s nightlife. But there’s a difference between people coming back from a night out in the early hours and being respectful, and having constant noise carrying through the walls and corridors. We eventually had to go to the local pharmacy and buy earplugs just to get some sleep. Breakfast Breakfast had a good variety, but unfortunately it was stone cold every day, whether we went close to opening time or later. Tables weren’t consistently reset, meaning we often had to find our own cutlery from larger tables. The food tongs were mixed between dishes, which isn’t ideal for anyone with allergies, and the food really needs lids. The meat often looked sweaty and the fruit juices were warm. Pool & sunbeds The sunbed situation became increasingly frustrating throughout our stay. For the first couple of days, you could walk into the pool area when it opened at 9am and still get a sunbed in a good position until around 11am. However, by the end of our two weeks, people were queuing from as early as 8:30am to get the sunbeds they wanted, despite the hotel having laminated signs stating that sunbeds cannot be reserved. People would put their towels down, effectively reserve the beds, and then disappear for breakfast or the morning before returning whenever they wanted. There simply aren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests, and the rule isn’t being enforced. Towels also weren’t removed particularly quickly once people had finished with them. A dedicated box/bin for used towels would make much more sense. Around the pool, guests weren’t allowed to bring their own food or drinks, despite the hotel’s prices being quite high. Again, this rule seemed to be enforced inconsistently. We did have a beer and a Fanta one day and put them on our room. We didn’t do this again after a second waitress came over and accused us of not paying. We explained that we had already signed the receipt to our room with another waitress, at which point she simply rolled her eyes. It was an unnecessarily uncomfortable interaction and not what you expect from hotel service. A special mention to Anna, the pool waitress. She was the complete opposite — friendly, polite and always had a huge smile. She was genuinely lovely and a credit to the hotel. The rules around balls and inflatables were also inconsistent, and ultimately the pool simply isn’t big enough for lots of these being used at the same time. Cleanliness & air conditioning General cleanliness was another disappointment. Over the two weeks, we noticed a number of things that just weren’t as clean as we would expect. Eventually it started to give us the “ick”. The air conditioning was either freezing cold or completely off, with no comfortable middle ground, and it leaked down the walls throughout our stay. Location & positives There are definitely positives — and the location is absolutely insane. Being right on the marina is a huge highlight, with beautiful sea views that are definitely worth it and a real standout feature of the hotel. Sitting on the balcony looking out over the water and boats was genuinely one of the best parts of the stay. Another major bonus is the food scene right on your doorstep. You can walk all the way along the marina and stumble upon fantastic quality restaurants everywhere — tapas, paella, steak, anything you fancy. Every few steps there’s something new, and the variety and quality is genuinely excellent. You’re also in a brilliant spot for food and convenience. There are so many fantastic restaurants and bars right on your doorstep that we didn’t actually need to spend much time in the hotel. We had some amazing meals nearby for very reasonable prices — for example, a pizza was around €13 down the road compared with around €20 at the hotel — so we didn’t use the hotel restaurant or bar. There is also a huge supermarket just 8 minutes’ walk away, which was really useful for drinks, snacks and anything you might need during your stay. We hired a car externally for three days, and the hotel’s secure car park was €12 per day. It was safe and convenient, although you do need to pre-book a space. The hotel also happily provides beach towels and umbrellas and can arrange taxis. Our taxi arrived within around 10 minutes. Overall The hotel has a 4-star aesthetic, but in our opinion the service and overall experience are closer to 3-star. We had an amazing holiday overall and absolutely loved Ibiza. We’ll definitely be back to the island, but unfortunately we won’t be returning to Hotel Tres Torres. If you’re looking for somewhere for a couple of nights because of its incredible marina location, sea views, and unbeatable access to food and restaurants, it may suit you. But if you’re looking for a relaxing two-week holiday where you can actually sleep, we’d recommend looking elsewhere."

"Just come home from a three night stay . On arrival lovely staff . The room was very small on third floor lovely view but the balcony was also tiny and the wall to the balcony is far too low down you couldn't have children staying in one of those rooms . The air con was good but the extreme temperature in Ibiza meant that we couldn't do anything at all it was so uncomfortable the pool was far too warm and not able to cool down . Noone comes around to collect towels on sunbeds so you never know who has left or is still there . The food and drinks are not a big choice and very expensive. ANNA was the only member of staff to go out of her way to be friendly and smile . The bathroom was a bit dated . Not much at all to do in the area apart from little shops and restaurants We definitely would not go back to that part of Ibiza but the extreme heatwave made it more disappointing . Breakfast was lovely although the food was cold and the fruit juices were warm . Nothing at all going on in the hotel I do wish TUI would have let us know all of this as we stayed on the wrong side of the island we wanted to see the eclipse . I just think it is best for couples who don't mind 40 degrees 80 humidity . Your not allowed Ur own drinks by the pool they won't let you have ice for your drinks . They full the fridge up with their own drinks for you to buy £7 euro for water ??????? the restaurant never had anyone in there ."
