"The hotel itself is clean and in a good area. Easy to stroll to the port, or to the near by super market. We upgraded to the level, from a sun lounger point of view it was quiet but over all I’m not sure worth the price hike we paid. You can access some drinks included on the bottom floor but you can’t take them up to the pool. Therefore the same drinks at the pool were very expensive, this includes coke etc. Food was average and expensive. We took to buying poke bowls from the supermarket every day. Slightly annoyed we fell for a sales tactic from a member of staff, he asked us to meet him in reception to look at 30% off if we booked our next holiday with him and just for our time we would get a voucher to spend on one of the expensive never used beds by the pool. When we met him, he actually just left us with his colleague to discuss a membership for the ‘circle’ the manager was hostile and quite aggressive in his sales tactics despite us telling him we had been asked to go there without any knowledge of signing up to a membership. We were quite intimidated and it took an hour from our holiday, 30 mins of that was explaining why we didn’t want to sign up! So avoid if you are approached and do not want to sign up to a membership!! We also didn’t get the voucher 😆"

"Amazing . Such a beautiful quiet peaceful calm hotel. Immaculately clean. Staff are fantastic . Welcoming friendly . U feel wellcome . Junior suite is fantastic . Has everything u could need . No fight for sun beds. Now no craic , it’s definitely restful and zen , not much music . No entertainment. But great for a true rest . Food is just okay . Always on the cool side . Hotel is perfectly situated to look over the sea. 10 min walk into town . Just love it here ."
