Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites and Spa

"This was my second stay in this wonderful hotel and what I had thought couldn't get better, did!!! My first stay was in a Junior Suite which was absolutely lovely, see my previous 5 star review. This time I stayed in a sea view Prestige Suite and it was the most luxurious suite I have ever stayed in!! The room is large with its own balcony, sofa, large flat screen television with English channels, huge comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities replenished daily and 2 bottles of water provided each day. The bathroom has a separate shower and also a spa bath, double sinks, quality toiletries and plentiful towels provided twice daily. The upper floor has a double day bed, its own jacuzzi, two extremely comfortable sun chairs, parasol and outside shower and offers great privacy. The sea and river views I had were amazing from both the balcony and roof terrace. My suite was kept spotlessly clean by the lovely Antonia. As per my previous review, all the staff are so welcoming, friendly and caring, nothing is too much trouble. Special shout out to Jose, Jorge, Antonia, Vasil, Diva, Manolo. The biggest thank you to Nestor, the hotel Director, for making my 4 week stay so happy. I enjoyed every moment and am now counting the days until I return in September."

"This was our first time at Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites and Spa. We stayed in early May 2026 for 11 nights in a Prestige Junior Suite with Sea View room. Location - Quiet at the edge of the resort but not too far the action! About 10 mins stroll across the river from a supermarket and about 15 mins to the central hub along a lovely promenade to access the local bars, shops, restaurants and local ferry. Hotel - very well maintained, very clean and the staff are warm and welcoming. A big shout out to the reception and restaurant/bar staff who were always very happy to help and to Eva at the bar who creates a fantastic sangria! Entertainment a few times per week in the bar area with a library for a more quiet space to read or play games. The pool bar had amazing food if you wanted a light meal at lunch time, and also sold ice cream. The pool was freezing cold but there was always plenty of beds , tables and parasols available anytime of the day. Room - again, very well maintained, very clean with fresh towels twice per day. The bed was amazing and the room had good soundproofing so we always got a great nights sleep. There was only a couple of slight negatives for us 1 - no air conditioning either in the room or throughout the hotel due to hotel policy due to the time of year we stayed. Thankfully it wasn't too hot when we visited and we opened both doors to let the air circulate and the ceiling fan was a godsend to keep the main room at a comfortable temperature but the bathroom still got hot. 2 - there being a good range of food in the restaurant but we found on an evening it was warm, not hot despite going at 7pm when the restaurant opened. 3 - the water pressure wasn't great, especially on a morning between 8-9am, with sometimes no water out of the taps. I did report this to reception on the first day or two but there was no improvement during our stay. 4 - unless you booked direct with the hotel, you could only access the spa and the spa circuit for 2 hours per day if you paid for treatments or signed up to a pass. This was a shame as we have stayed at other hotels where access to their spa was complementary. Despite these few niggles, we did have a lovely stay at the hotel and we would consider it again should we return to Ibiza."

"We just returned home after our second visit to the hotel. It didn’t disappoint again. The moment you arrive reception are welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, all staff are helpful and friendly and go out of their way to assist. We had a junior suite again which we couldn’t fault. Poolside bar is welcoming."
