Grupotel Santa Eularia & Spa - Adults Only +18

"We enjoyed our stay and the staff were all very attentive and friendly . Our bedroom was spacious and clean , beds were very comfortable . The tv showing British channels number 39 etc were on a par with watching from home . The bath was slightly sunken and made access for shower use very easy with decent quality gels & shampoo provided . Towels were changed regularly and pool towels were also provided and could be exchanged 3 times a week via the lifeguard . There was an excellent array of food for breakfast which should have been suffice to cater for all tastes . Chef on hand to freshly cook eggs as required . Coffee & tea machines were very slow and not all of them were working which caused delays and a little frustration . The pool area was very good with sufficient sun beds for all . The lunch time snack menu had a reasonable choice and price . The only drawback for us old codgers was the location which in the heat was a very hot slog in either direction . Hovever reception were excellent in obtaining taxis which cost about 8€ to Santa Eularia or 9€ toes Cana ."

"Hotels location is great, with the beach being a 10 minute walk & the Marina, with all the restaurants being a 20 minute flat walk. Pool is lovely & there was never an issue getting a sunbed. Breakfast was great & drinks at the hotel are reasonable priced. Hotel is a bit dated & rooms only have limited toiletries, so we had to purchase some conditioner & body lotion. Also there were no dressing gowns . You also have to pay to use the rooms safe."

"We stayed in a lovely seaview room at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and the food was good. Unfortunately whilst we were by the pool, the music from the speakers outside the snack bar was very loud. We had to ask twice for the music to be turned down. I couldn't concentrate on reading my book because of it and we heard a couple of other people complaining. The waiter service was good for first two nights but for the rest of our holiday my husband had to go to the bar and wait for his drinks. There were no other bars to go to nearby and only one gift shop and two supermarkets. The hotel was on the very outskirts of Santa Eulalia and unless you walked for a good while there wasn't much around. It is for these reasons we wouldn't come back to this hotel."
