"Lovely, clean and friendly. Well laid out with a children's pool, a pool by the main bar/restaurant, a pool near the reception area and the adult only martini roof top pool and bar. We ate breakfast at the restaurant a couple of times, delicious, reasonable and good portions, couldn't fault it if I tried. There's a bus stop at the end of the road with a few buses, including one direct to the airport. Easy walking distance to the habour and the beach and all the restaurants, and a large supermarket just a few minutes walk away. Very good location. The rooms where clean, beds were really comfortable. It was lovely and quiet. All the staff were very helpful and friendly And it was very reasonably priced. I would be very happy to return, and hopefully I will."

"Our 7th trip to this hotel, this time with no kids in tow! It's the first time we have been away in September and it was a perfect 12 nights. The weather was hot but not unbearable, the hotel was much quieter compared to July when we've stayed in the past. There were sunbeds available all day, no early morning sunbed wars here! Why do we keep coming back? Well a big part of it, is the staff - big mentions to Jeffrey (entertainment), Julie (restaurant), Joan (reception) and Marga (manager) - all of these people have worked at Casa Luis for a long time and it feels like coming home when we return. We stay in the Superior rooms and they are great - loads of room, we had a lovely sea view, large balcony and we liked the new additions of toiletries in the bathroom, we also really appreciated the daily room clean and beds made. The housekeeping was excellent. The food menu is now more limited with items but portion sizes are huge, even my husband (who can eat a lot!) struggled with the portions. Prices are really good, breakfasts are 12 euros and this includes yoghurt, fresh fruit, tea/coffee, juice, pastries and then whatever you've ordered! We found this easily went round 2 people, so it became a bargain. The adults pool is a place of peace and quiet - lovely location late afternoon. I wish more people took notice of the no smoking rules by the main pool, I saw too many people smoking on their beds. The local supermarkets are 5 mins walk away - Eroski is good if you like makes, Mercadona is a day out! Make sure you get their perfume dupes! The bus stops are right outside and cheap to get to Es Cana/Ibiza town. Even taxis are excellent value and very easy to get, a trip to Las Dalias Night market was around 13 euros each way, a taxi back from Ibiza town was no more than 30 euros even at the weekend and evenings. Overall - we LOVE our trips here and will be back next year! The prices do seem to be going up so we're interested to see what additions will be made to warrant the increase. Side note: Please move the darts board back to the bar, it is now placed in the hot sun so impossible to play for long."

"Transfer buses at airport took so long to get to resort.. Bus stop just outside hotel.. Not many restaurants or bars near by. 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Hotel feels a bit disjointed as 2 hotels in one.. gym was locked.good air con. Pool on roof was lovely, adults only. Hotel was quiet as begining of September but lots of works going on at night due to extreme heat in day. Hotel was too far out of town."
