"I love love love this hotel great location the room Was perfect, clean , and the sea view was amazing so happy I booked the room With a terrace. Was only there 2 days and my only regret was that I could not stay for longer I have to say the guy on reception I think he’s name was wano may have got that wrong but he gave the best customer service I have ever experienced he had the best advice on places to eat and things to see.. I can not recommend this hotel enough breakfast amazing roof terrace bar amazing with nice food and cocktails and amazing pool which looks out to the sea the hotel should be a 5* as it definitely delivered the very best of everything"

"Hotel is spotless, modern and in a fantastic location with amazing sunset views. Staff were lovely. Spa facilities are a nice touch. A few things let the hotel down, no entertainment other than a DJ on the rooftop from 7pm, pool area does not open until 11am each day which is not ideal for early risers and they do not serve hot drinks ie coffee or tea in the rooftop bar. Non hotel guests are able to use the rooftop bar and sun beds which meant paying guests were often left with no access to the sun beds. This needs to change. Rooms are very nice, on the small side, no iron, no waters supplied in the mini fridge. Cost for food and drink was no different for guests and non guests and were overpriced. It was adequate for a 4 night stay but based on the cost to stay and the negatives, we wouldn’t return."

"The hotel was spotless, chiq, sophisticated yet fun, and the staff went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed; Aziza in particular was lovely and made sure room was right for us, allowing us to change rooms, and got anything we needed with a smile. Breakfast had vegan options (though they said it wouldn't be possible to put some avocado on toast despite both being on the menu, so day two breakfast for me not quite what I wanted); the chai and oat pots, range of fruit, and hash browns etc were very nice. There were always spots by the pool- always, and no morning rushes or towel claiming as they opened the pool area after breakfast (and that wasn't the style of the guests regardless). Dj's on the rooftop every evening was perfect to help set a mood for the sunsets- and from the rooftop bar at Vigra Sunset it was the very best view! We only came for three days/ two nights (we were two 30/40 girls who wanted cocktails, sun, music and fun) - wish we had booked longer as there is so much more to do there; the hotel is in a prime sunset strip spot (though no noise pollution at all from second floor), and jacuzzi, sauna, gym etc looked incredible too. I would highly recommend."
