"⚠️ Disappointing experience – please be cautious when booking this hotel I wanted to share our recent experience with this hotel so that other customers can make an informed decision when booking. I stayed at the hotel and accidentally left one of his trainers behind in room 311 when he checked out on Friday 25th September. The trainer was worth over €200. I contacted the hotel the following day and was pleased to be told that the trainer had been found. As I had friends who were still staying at the hotel, I contacted the hotel and specifically asked if they could hand the trainer to his friends so they could bring it back to the UK for me. This seemed like a very simple and reasonable request, particularly as the hotel had already confirmed that they had the trainer. However, the hotel refused to hand the trainer to my friends because they were not staying in room 311. Instead, I was told that the trainer would have to be posted to me at a cost of €50. I find this extremely disappointing. The hotel had the trainer, I had clearly identified and claimed it, and he had specifically authorised my friends to collect it on my behalf. The trainer could apparently have been handed to my friends who were still staying at the hotel, avoiding unnecessary postage and expense, but the hotel chose not to do so. I have now contacted the hotel management and asked them to review the situation and provide a reasonable resolution. I’m sharing this experience simply so that anyone considering booking this hotel is aware of how our lost-property request was handled and can take this into consideration when making their own decision. If you are booking with this hotel, I would recommend taking particular care with your belongings and checking your room thoroughly before leaving. I will update this post if the hotel provides a satisfactory resolution."

"Initially I was impressed at how clean the Hotel was and how fresh it smelt. Was there with a hen party of 10. On the 1st day we arrived the hotel had left flowers and a bottle of cava for the bride which was a nice thought and let us decorate the room. The following morning, I'm on early riser so went for breakfast while the others slept. I was approached instantly and was told I didn't have an all inclusive wrist band, so I had to pay for breakfast. I said I didn't mind paying but could I see what was available, the waiter agreed, food on display was very minimal so I just had coffee and toast.€12 was a tad expensive but it's Ibiza so expensive is to be expected... I found the staff to be rude and as if you were tormenting them looking to be served. On the 3rd day we had nothing planned for the afternoon so we were all resting after a hectic 1st 2 days. Young girls checked into the room next door and blared the music and were screaming and shouting and singing. I knocked and asked them to lower it down and was told to F... O.. I went to reception and they told them to lower music down, they did for 2 mins and the music started again. I understand its party central but they were absolutely brutal singers. This went on for 6 hours till we went out that evening for dinner. Music started agin when they came back at 7.30 and went on for the whole day. I was exhausted from lack of sleep so I didn't go to a clup I had pre booked which was very disappointing. The lady across from them also rang down and 2 other people from our group but nothing was done. Very disappointing since we paid a total of €6000 between all of us. Would not recommend if you are looking to rest after being out all day and want to relax when your back in your hotel. Definitely would not go back again"
