"Just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by helpful staff and we were quickly checked in. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, when we opened the door we were greeted with an awful smell of damp. The room, well it was very, very basic and wasn't the cleanest to say the least! The floors were dirty, towels had seen better days and in all honesty the room needed a good old clean. The patio doors were quite dangerous, single glass and only closed with a clasp. It was windy one day and the rattle the wind let in was awful this needs to be looked at. We stated all inclusive and found something to eat in the main restaurant. The snack bar was a massive let down with very limited choice of food included in the all inclusive. If you wanted to live on margarita pizza and chips this is the hotel for you! I would only recommend this hotel as a base and feel it is only suitable for groups or couples."

"The hotel is quite "top surface" as I would call it. The approach to it looked great and the Reception was clean and light. However the rooms were basic and a little tired. Fortunate to have a sea view room, which was also over the entertainment area of the hotel, which is ok as this finishes way before most people are going to bed. The room was cleanish, except the floor, I had to wear footwear at all times. The walls are paper thin as I could hear the person in the room next door, snoring and even using the bathroom, plus when guest were coming and going the doors were noisy. Also the wonderful blue lights around the hotel at night shine into your room, so take a sleep mask! The pool area was busy, but also had a good vibe around it. Drinks and food were reasonably priced. Good location, water taxi to the bay was fabulous and there are some lovely local shops, pubs and restaurants which I recommend a wander to and around. You get what you pay for here and as a base, it worked for us. Just take your ear plugs!"

"Hotel nice and clean, two pools one loud from speakers,other one quiet,only thing that lets it down is the constant barrage of sun glasses and bag sellers coming around the sun beds,yesterday there was eleven before lunch,the food is ok,but unless you get something cooked in front of you,it is lukewarm,hence why there is so much wasted ,apart from that the drinks are good ,staff very friendly"
