"It started of well with very friendly staff, however resorting to this at the end. The beds aren't great, but room service is great, the pool is not cleaned and has green algey growing around the edge and floating in the water. We came for a 50th Birthday over 5 days and paid for breakfast and dinner, the food was good and we paid for our own drinks, spending well over a £1,500 in drinks. It came to our last day and we paid 100 Euros for late checkout and assumed we were still entitled to dinner. When it came to dinner time we were let in and were already eating when they informed us we were not entitled to it, they should have stopped us at the door before entry to have the choice. We then had to pay 25 Euros a head for it, I approached the front desk and explained there had been a mistake and would there be able to be a reduction in price as a bit excessive, plus we had paid the extra for late checkout, big fat no, no negotiating, my ear has been playing me up also and will see if I get an ear infection from the water."

"Lovely small friendly hotel. My first time visiting after family recommended it. The staff were so nice. The food was great. Lovely salads. Spacious rooms with a mini fridge and air con. Huge balconies. I really liked its position with the swimming pool and then just across the promenade the lovely beach. San Antonio is 'lively' and the hotel is only a few doors away from the O club but it really wasn't noticeable. In the evening the prom did take on a different flavour and to be honest the police need to sort out the drug dealing, it isn't the hotels fault. It is a great location though, really close to the square and marina. And if you are into clubbing a great location for that too. A few niggles that the hotel could easily put right like the rooms need more hangers, drawers and a full length mirror. The queue for hot drinks in the morning was a pain and again could easily be sorted out. Overall excellent value for money and a really relaxing week."
