Los Felices Ibiza

"Booked as we were travelling with a group for a wedding, not somewhere I would normally choose, however staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Pool area was nice with big cushioned beds. We had a suite which was ok but not really a suite, very limited space for clothes and the bathroom was very small, settee which was positioned under the tv so not really of any use apart from another storage area, there is a bar with 2 stools in the room which I don't really understand the point of, space could be used much better... food and drinks are good quality but at premium prices."

"We recently stayed at Los Felices as a group of three. There were definitely some positives, but unfortunately there were quite a few things that let the hotel down, particularly given that it is rated as a 4-star. The rooms themselves were lovely, clean and nicely decorated. However, despite booking for three people, our room only had two cups and there were only two seats on the balcony and bar area in the room.! Check-in isn’t until 3pm, which we accepted, but the bigger disappointment was check-out day. We had specifically asked reception the day before about a late check-out and were told that we just needed to come down on the morning of departure to arrange it. When we did, we were told the hotel was full and there was no availability. Surely this would have been known the previous day when we asked. There were also no proper facilities available for guests to shower and get ready after checking out, so we had to use the shower in the pool toilet block. For a 4-star hotel, we found this really disappointing. The pool area is nice and we enjoyed spending time there, but it is starting to look quite tired in places. Some of the sun loungers had mould on them, there appeared to be mould around some of the pool tiles, and quite a few areas were faded and could do with some attention. You aren’t allowed to bring your own food or drinks into the pool area, which we wouldn’t have minded if the hotel’s prices and service were reasonable. We paid around €160 for three burgers and three cocktails, which felt extremely expensive. A service charge is also added each time you order, so this is worth bearing in mind if you plan on spending the day by the pool. Service was also quite slow. The location was probably the biggest downside for us. There really isn’t much within walking distance in terms of restaurants or bars, although there are a few supermarkets nearby. The surrounding area is very quiet and felt quite run-down in places. Reception were always happy to call us a taxi, but because there was so little nearby, we ended up spending quite a lot on taxis during the trip. Overall, Los Felices has a lot of potential. The rooms are lovely and clean and the hotel has a fun, stylish concept, but for us the overall experience didn’t quite match what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. With some improvements to better facilities for guests on departure day, more reasonable food and drink pricing and improved service, it could be much better."

"This was my second stay at Los Felices, and it definitely won’t be my last! 🥰 Whenever I visit Ibiza, I always choose a hotel from the Concept Hotel Group — and they never disappoint. Los Felices has such an effortlessly relaxed, trendy and Instagrammable vibe, with so much attention to detail throughout the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and everything we tried was delicious. The 12pm check-out is also such a great touch, making the whole stay feel that little bit more relaxed. Our room was cleaned to a really high standard every day, too. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, which makes such a difference. Location is a little out of the main hubbub but taxis came so fast this time it wasn’t a problem. We also rented a car and it was so easy to park in the safe onsite car park. Supermarkets are super close and have everything you need. I genuinely wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Ibiza and thoroughly recommend!"
