"We’ve stayed at this hotel three times now and each visit has reinforced why it is our go-to choice whenever we visit Ibiza. The combination of location, design, facilities and especially the staff makes the place really stand out. The hotel is perfectly located for both relaxation, partying and exploration. The West End and the sunset strip were a very short walk away, as is the bus terminal. Everything we wanted was within easy reach, yet the setting of the hotel still felt peaceful and unhurried. From the reception to the rooms the hotel feels immaculate and thoughtfully designed. The hotel rooms themselves are well designed and set out with a traditional but modern look. Our room was spotless and well maintained. The room maids worked around us and kept our room fresh every day. The pool areas are a massive highlight. The ground floor pool areas are spacious and well thought out, the area never felt crowded and getting a sun bed was no major chore each day. The area is shielded on windy days and also catches the sun all day long. The top floor pool is the real gem though. Really magnificent and has a real VIP feeling about it. The views over the bay are amazing. I’d go as far as saying it is the best hotel pool I have ever used. Top class and a lovely touch with the Balinese beds as well. The breakfast each morning is a very well prepared and presented treat. A great selection for you with additional items that you can take away for your room later on. We kept a few yoghurts in the fridge. The food on the menu for the rest of the day was also top notch. I personally recommend the sweet potato fries with a BBQ chicken pizza. Facilities wise this hotel seems to have everything covered. The fridge in the room was very handy and the Wi-Fi worked very well. The hotel has an agreement with a nearby gym (literally in the building next door). This is a very well equipped air conditioned gym, not just your usual hotel style gym. Was great calling in for an early morning session before grabbing some breakfast. What truly sets this hotel apart is the warmth and friendliness of the staff. From check in to check out every interaction felt genuine and welcoming. Staff remembered us from previous stays, offered helpful suggestions using their local knowledge and consistently went the extra mile. Rarely do we feel so well looked after, and it’s one of the main reasons we enjoy coming back here. Marina and her friends are great ambassadors for this hotel and the island itself. Overall this hotel has earned our loyalty for good reason. Great location, beautiful and clean surroundings, excellent facilities, and above all friendly attentive service from staff that make you feel very welcome. We are already booked up for a return in 2027."

"We enjoyed a lovely girly Birthday catch up with a day pass on the roof. Although the views and place where lovely. I would have thought we would have had a personal service rather than having to go to the bar ourselves for drinks. The food was bland and my friend ordered what we thought was fish (worded on the menu beautiful with lots a ingredients) only to arrive as fish and chips. Which was also on the menu. We were told it wasn't fish n chips by one member of staff then 100% fish and chips with another. We sent back and had to wait over an hour for her other dish to arrive. No apologies or discount like it was our fault. Shame as we had a lovely day but the food below average and the lack of staff in the afternoon needs addressing."

"Beautiful hotel, great food and drinks- really good btw, the breakfast was wow! 2 pools (one roof top). Rooms were really clean, modern and the balcony got the sunset, a 5 mins walk from Mambo. Staff helpful, really good vibe. The room had a bath and separate shower. Fridge, hair dryer, air con, fridge, etc. there was a spa but we didn't get chance to visit. You can book direct to day beds free other wise it's a fee but we didn't need/use them. Everything was spotless and secure too."
