"I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding several aspects of our recent stay at your hotel. While we enjoyed the beautiful location and the exceptional service provided by your waitstaff and entertainment team—specifically Hugo and Bryan, who were both professional and engaging—the overall experience was significantly marred by a series of service and security failures. Our primary concern is the disappearance of personal property. A jumper and a cover-up, last seen in our room and by the pool area, went missing during our stay. Given the circumstances, I am concerned that these items were either misplaced by staff or stolen. Furthermore, the standard of housekeeping was inadequate; our room was not cleaned thoroughly, and used glassware was consistently left behind. We also experienced recurring issues with basic room amenities, specifically having to request milk for four consecutive days, and found the dining environment to be uncomfortably loud and cramped. Additionally, the hot tub remained out of order for the duration of our week-long stay, and some bar staff appeared inadequately trained. I would like to reiterate my appreciation for Hugo and Bryan, whose hard work was a highlight of our trip. However, the lack of attention to cleanliness, the breakdown of facilities, and the loss of our personal belongings are unacceptable."

"The hotel has too many steps for a disabled person. Ive had a stroke. The food was excellent. Staff apart from one woman on reception this early morning. She was extremely rude to me I organised someone bring my suitcase downstairs last night she pretended she dident understand me she dident speak English which I don't believe. All staff have some understanding especially on reception, I'd they don't they should.she was very rude to me .I dont recommend this hotel . One cleaner came in my room was eating food it was on the floor. I did not bting food in room.staff in restaurant were lovely.The bed was not made properly. The cleaning standard was poor."

"Very disappointed that our stay was ruined by the awful sewage smell in our room. It was overwhelming and after speaking to other guests it’s an ongoing issue which the hotel don’t seem to address. We were moved on day 3 but unfortunately although no sewage smell is was a much smaller room opposite a building site and on what looked like a service room. The smell is also prevalent around the pool area although admittedly not as bad. I have never stayed anywhere that has made us feel physically sick and caused such discomfort and ruined our holiday. The hotel management, reception and maintenance know they have an issue but addressing it properly does not seem a priority which is certainly at the detriment of its guests."
