"Our second year visiting here. Lovely spot. The breakfast included in our price was exceptional. Such a great choice. The two pools and various hang out spots were well used by guests and the spa was an added bonus. My partner loved the spa area. Staff are helpful, the rooms comfortable and clean and parking is easy if you have a rental car. The location is very central to Portinatx. There is also some live music on some evenings. A lovely spot to hang out and recharge your batteries."

"Went with my 18 yr old daughter for her first adults only break. Booked a junior suite and we had a side pool and small sea view. Arriving late dinner service was finished, although early in the season not many restaurants were open and wasnt anywhere available to quickly grab something to eat so dinner was some Lays crisps. It would be helpful if the hotel offered a little something for those arriving late. Check in was easy and asked to provide credit or debit details for charging to room. We booked bed and breakfast dinner was €29 additional per person if we wanted to use the dinner service. Lunch can be bought from the garden bar. Pools and hotel extremely clean. I wouldnt recommend the hotel for those with mobility issues as quite alot of steps to restaurant / beach if not in the main building. Had an amazing massage with Stephanie, who was polite and works hard to personalise your treatments. We saw her the day after at the pool and she came over to ask how we slept that night after our massages. Towels are available €10 and can swop with the lifeguard when he's on shift. Safe available at a daily charge and deposit. Dinner had a great selection and breakfast also great. Area is well kept and a nice walk around the beaches and bay. Please check your charges before departure, we had 2 charges that weren't our own and we questioned them 2 days before we left (i asked for a copy of what was charged to the room early) and it was looked into and removed from our bill. Hotel staff are amazing and will help and serve anyway they can. The only downside was no food available on arrival and the extra charges on our room."

"Spent a week in October here. Weather fantastic, hotel was spotless. All staff were friendly, breakfasts were amazing. Entertainment was first class. Nice and quiet , we hired a car so were able to explore plenty of beaches etc around . Would definitely come back. Couldn't fault it at all"
