"Disappointing pool , no easy option for less able to enter / exit pool , hotel needs to invest in steps down into pool .Food whilst ample was not of best quality and poor range of protein.Food at pool bar was a lot better . I unfortunately became ill with some sort of stomach bug for two days so did not venture out of room until I recovered . Room was good , maid service great , shower leaked outside of shower door . However the staff were excellent and a credit to the hotel . If you are less able be aware of the challenging area to walk. I would not return based on ability to get around ."

"We stayed 7 nights at this Resort. Unfortunately, the property did NOT meet our expectations. Old structure and very poorly maintained. It would need an urgent closure for renovation. In the room, a very strong smell of sewage prevented us from resting at night. Cleaning is done quickly. For 7 days, dust reigned everywhere.......The staff is polite and kind and the breakfast is good with a lot of variety, fortunately. A real shame about the rest, which really disappointed us!!!"

"I have just finished my week all inclusive stay here at the Barcelo portinaxt , I came here in my own for a chilled out holiday , o come to Ibiza a lot but have not been to here before The hotel is great I had a lovely room - the food is soooo good and the staff are so friendly and helpful shoutout to angel amd Antonio for always keeping me topped up with drinks 😉 oh and the girls! Really recommend it here if you want a relaxing stay ❤️"
