"I have come to this hotel every year for the last 5 years because the staff were lovely and the location was perfect. But after recently finding out the bar and animation staff from last year have been laid off for no apparent reason I will not be returning which is a huge shame, the reason we returned was because we where always respected by staff and they knew our names on return every year. It seems that they care more about making money than making customers happy."

"AVOID AT ALL COST!!This hotel has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! The pros to this hotel… The rooms are basic and clean Cons to this hotel… The food is inedible it is disgusting, everything is cold, caters more for the Spanish. The soft drinks at the bar are watered down like crazy! The alcoholic drinks are even worse with the soft drinks they are tasteless it’s just like your drinking soda with a funny chemical taste. The beds are like bricks! The bar staff are very unfriendly. There is bird dropping all over the sun loungers around the pool We have enquired at other hotels about buying a day pass to use there facilities the hotel is that bad! The caribe don’t do it anymore but the ereso do at €60 per person and €30 for children The list could go on please do not waste your money by booking this hotel! You will be very disappointed!"

"Such a lovely hotel. Food is excellent if you decide to go half board or all inclusive. Drinks are great, you pay 1 euro for a cup and then you get the euro back when you hand your cup back in at the end. Rooms are spacious and modern. There are 5 floors to this hotel, I stayed on the 3rd floor over looking the pool which was great. There is slight noise of an evening from local bars but nothing loud enough to stop you from sleeping. Cala nova Beach is about a 5 minute walk away. Shops and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all a great hotel to stay at. As for the weather, it's been great. In the 20s the whole week."
