"Blue sea hotels need to start caring about their customers. Food needs choices and care and quality and different options each night . This might be a 3 star hotel but customers have expectations these days . Hotel is in a prime location but it needs to make an effort to excellence and care for their customers."

"We came back again and it wasn’t great, the food is beyond dire, we ended up eating out quite a lot, which isn’t great when you’ve paid for all inclusive, they restricted a lot of the drinks and no icecream for the kids. Entertainment was a tad poor and lacklustre Probably won’t come back, which is a shame as the location works just the food was so bad and the drinks was limited"

"Myself, my wife and my son stayed at this hotel via a TUI package holiday booking and we had a lovely Holiday in Es Canar, Ibiza. The hotel itself was firmly average. It wasn't terrible but not great either so here are the good and not so good points about this hotel: Good points: - The hotel is exceptionally clean and there was regular cleaning whilst we were staying at the hotel. Our room was cleaned and tidied every day by housekeeping staff which was nice. - The location of the hotel was fab. It's a 5 minute walk away from the main Es Canar promenade and beach and in the opposite direction it's a 5 minute walk to the lovely Cala Nova beach. Plenty of close transport links such as buses, taxis and the coastal ferry that goes to places such as Cala Llonga and Ibiza old town. - Staff were generally friendly and engaging with guests at the hotel. Special mention to Olivia and Virginia who were great with the kids and engaged well with my son in the kids shed. - Hotel cost was reasonably priced for one week's stay so it's certainly in the budget range of places to stay. Not so good points: - Food choice and quality was below average. We didn't go hungry at the hotel but food could have been a lot better. There was some weird things such as peppers with mushy mince and some sauces had a strange taste to them Some food stuff was ok like chocolate cake and breaded chicken breasts but the bad outweighed the good unfortunately - Although the room we stayed in had most things we needed, the air con was weak making some nights sleep quite uncomfortable. I could only imagine this would be worse when it gets hotter in Ibiza. - The First few days we stayed at the hotel, it was very very quiet making a very strange atmosphere. For sure getting a sun lounger was easy but it the quietness felt a bit odd. - There doesn't appear to be a no-smoking policy at this hotel which for a non-smoker like me is a shame as I don't go on holiday to share other people's smoke. The hotel should have at least a smoking area out of the way. Overall this is firmly a budget hotel where food isn't great but if you don't mind eating there or going out then it's fine for a cheap stay in Es Canar with a convenient location."
