"I requested a follow up regarding the condition of my initial room then room change when I arrived. Unfortunately, the rooms not as clean as I would reasonably expect, which was disappointing given the standard I expected from the hotel. I appreciate that these things can happen yet given the inconvenience and the condition of the room, very disappointing. I asked for new linen to make my own bed since sheets and pillowcases were very dirty/ used previously used by guests. No other option was available or offered. I had to purchase cleaning wipes from supermarket to clean all surfaces and floors."

"The hotel is clean and modern, we had a terrace room on first floor overlooking pool however it gets no sun so no point in the sunbeds on there. This is a very quiet hotel with little atmosphere which is perfect for relaxing I suppose. Only complaint I have is the noise levels, particularly the cleaners who are slamming doors and moving furniture from 8am with no respect for people sleeping. There were also noisy neighbours slamming the doors which is no fault of the hotels. Good location in a quiet town but for us if we didn’t have the car there would have been very little to do"

"Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this hotel has been very disappointing\. The bathroom has visible water damage, and when we arrived, the bedding was dirty with body hair and yellow stains on the sheets\. We contacted reception and asked for clean bedding, but instead of having someone change it, we were told to do it ourselves\. Even the replacement bedding we were given had yellow stains on it\. This is simply not the level of cleanliness you should expect from a hotel\. The whole experience has felt unhygienic and uncomfortable, and the hotel definitely needs to improve its cleaning standards\."
