Sirenis Hotel Tres Carabelas and Spa

"I was robbed in the early morning hours in my room, where I was present and sleeping. My room was on the 2nd floor and I had the balcony door open. Around 05:45, I heard noises because I was only in a light sleep. When I turned toward the window, two guys were suddenly standing right at my bedside table. I was able to scare them off by screaming loudly. Unfortunately, they had already pocketed my cell phone by then. The night porter was very confused as to how the burglars could have gotten to the second floor. He called the police, who did not come. Repeatedly asking what the security cameras recorded led to nothing, as management would not comment on it. I felt very alone in this. I had to actively request a different room. When asked how often this happens, I was told that this was the first case at this hotel. Unfortunately, that is not the truth, as one can read in several other reviews. Rest of the experience: Very bad food. Lukewarm and very dry meat and fish. Except for one person, the entire hotel staff, especially in the restaurant service, was extremely unfriendly and sometimes even rude. We did not really feel welcome. In summary, definitely not a recommendation. Anyone who wants to vacation there should take good care of themselves and their valuables and perhaps prefer to go out to eat."

"y daughter and I absolutely loved our stay at the Twins Hotel in Ibiza! We enjoyed it so much that we actually rebooked for June before we left, which says it all. The staff were fantastic, the entertainment was brilliant, and the overall atmosphere made our holiday such a wonderful experience. Everything came together to make our stay enjoyable, and we honestly couldn’t fault the hotel overall. The only area for improvement would be the food temperature. Unfortunately, the food was often only lukewarm rather than piping hot, which was a little disappointing. With the food served hotter, the experience would have been even better. That said, this certainly hasn’t put us off returning. We’re already looking forward to coming back in June and making more lovely memories! Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. Keep up the great work! ❤️"

"We recently stayed in The Ibiz Twiins, and what a great hotel to stay in. We stayed all inclusive, and the staff at the hotel, nothing seemed too much to do. The restaurants were filled with great food, and the staff were very attentive or nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly stay here again"
