"I had such a wonderful experience at Vibra Hotels and really enjoyed my stay from beginning to end. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, but what made my stay especially memorable was the amazing team. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and always willing to help, and there are a few people I would especially like to thank.
A very special thank you to Gina from Guest Experience. She was always incredibly friendly, positive and welcoming whenever I saw her. She really knows how to make guests feel comfortable and valued, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about whether people are enjoying their stay. Her enthusiasm and warm personality made such a positive difference to my experience at the hotel.
I would also really like to thank Oli from Reception. Every interaction with Oli was pleasant and helpful, and I always felt that I could approach the reception whenever I had a question or needed something. Oli was professional but at the same time very friendly and approachable, which immediately gives you a good feeling when entering the hotel.
Another special thank you goes to Nourdin from Security. He was always friendly, respectful and professional, and his presence made me feel very comfortable and safe during my stay. What I especially appreciated was that he was not only doing his job professionally, but was also always approachable and kind when you saw him around the hotel.
I also want to mention Paola from the pool bar, who definitely contributed to the holiday atmosphere. She was always cheerful, friendly and welcoming whenever I came to the bar. Even when it was busy, she remained positive and attentive, and her lovely personality made having a drink by the pool even more enjoyable.
And of course, a big thank you to M. Carmen from breakfast. Seeing her every morning was such a lovely way to start the day. She was always welcoming, kind and attentive, and her positive attitude created such a nice atmosphere during breakfast. It is those small, friendly interactions every morning that you remember after your holiday.
I would also like to thank all the other members of the Vibra team who contributed to making my stay so enjoyable. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt very welcome and well looked after.
