While it's just a 20-minute drive from San Antonio, Cala Tarida's tranquil vibe feels like a world away from Ibiza's hectic hedonism. Choose a holiday to Cala Tarida for rest, relaxation and the best sunsets on the entire island. 

Cala Tarida's serene, long white strand is blissfully sheltered by the green hills that surround it and as a south-west facing beach, it gets sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Watched over by lifeguards, the turquoise waters are punctuated with rocky platforms which let you sunbathe in the sea. The gently sloping shallows make Cala Tarida a favourite for families and there's a collection of beach bars serving light snacks and ice cream to fuel a day of sun-soaking. When the day starts to fade, there's plenty of entertainment to be found in the bars but you can also easily jump in a taxi to reach Ibiza's bright lights in San Antonio and the Old Town.
