Cala Gracio Holidays

A relaxed Ibiza hangout

A secluded curve of white sand just north of Ibiza’s second-biggest port, Cala Gracio is an easygoing alternative to the buzzing centres, while remaining within reach of the action. On Cala Gracio holidays you can enjoy glorious sunsets from a privileged vantage point on the island’s western Mediterranean coast, along with a vast selection of restaurants, bars, clubs and super-clubs. A short taxi ride from San Antonio’s lively nightlife, Cala Gracio is also within easy distance of the clubs Pacha, Amnesia and Ushuaia.

If you have a big night out, you can recover while lounging in the brilliant sun and cooling off in Cala Gracio’s crystal-clear blue waters. And there’s variety not far way: the resort’s little sister cove, Cala Gracioneta, centres on a tiny creek that’s great for bathing early and late in the day, while nearby Cala Alto de Porta is a secluded, quiet haven. Holidays to Cala Gracio offer a relaxed idyll, just a stone’s throw from all the fun.

Your Cala Gracio questions, answered

It could be handy, but if you’re going to be taking taxis at night, a scooter could serve you just as well for nipping about the island during the day.
Party season lasts from May to October, but the resort is open all year. It’s a perfect base for hiking during low season, when temperatures are less intense.
This area of Ibiza is fantastic for walking. A local coastline trail leads to the pretty Cala Salada, while the Sant Josep de sa Talaia walk has fabulous panoramic views.

Best things to do in Cala Gracio

Visit a unique chapel

The Capella de Santa Agnes cave has been inhabited since around 200 BC, and it became a chapel during the Islamic period. Just be aware that it only opens on Saturdays.

Get the party started

Kick things off at the local beachside ‘chiringuito’ bars, then head into San Antonio a couple of kilometres away to experience bright lights and big nights on the Sunset Strip.

Swoon at the sunsets

This western-facing cove is an enviable position for sunsets – relax in the sand or sea while watching the last lilac-orange light beam across the sky.
