"I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and honestly, I wish I had stayed longer. I read quite a few reviews before coming here. There were only two that I would consider negative, and I completely disagree with them, especially when it comes to the staff and the bar. To be completely honest, the hotel itself is not luxurious or anything particularly fancy. It is a three-star hotel and, yes, there are definitely things that could be improved when it comes to maintenance. My room in particular was probably one of the least impressive rooms in the hotel. However, I knew I had booked a basic room, so I wasn’t expecting luxury. But the staff are what really make this hotel special. The reception staff deserve a special mention. Honestly, they are some of the best I have ever come across. I have stayed in quite a few hotels, and the reception team here really know how to do their job. They are helpful, friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. And the biggest round of applause goes to the bar staff! ❤️ They are absolutely wonderful people — always smiling, friendly, hardworking and happy to have a chat. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how lovely they are. They really make the atmosphere of the whole hotel. The pool and entertainment team also deserve a huge mention. They work incredibly hard and bring so much energy and positivity to the hotel. You can really see that they care about making guests enjoy their stay. The breakfast was actually really decent. The breakfast staff were constantly walking around, cleaning and making sure everything was taken care of. The whole hotel is extremely clean, which I honestly didn’t expect for such an affordable three-star hotel. The only real thing I would complain about is the condition of my room, but again, I booked a basic room. Apart from that, I really cannot fault the people working here. They work incredibly hard and honestly make up for anything the hotel may be lacking. For a three-star hotel, I genuinely recommend it. The staff are the biggest strength of this place, and they deserve a lot of credit. And the views… absolutely breathtaking. Some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. I’m genuinely sad that I have to leave. Four nights was definitely not enough, and I already know I will come back here again. So, if you are looking for a luxury five-star experience, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you are looking for an affordable three-star hotel with incredible views, fantastic people, great service and a really friendly atmosphere, I would absolutely recommend it. As for the negative reviews about the staff and the bar — I simply don’t understand them. My experience was completely different. The staff are fantastic, they work incredibly hard, and they are without a doubt the biggest strength of this hotel. I’m leaving with a smile, but honestly… I could cry because I have to go. "After reading the reviews I was dreading our stay!!! However please go and judge for yourself! Honest review coming up! Hotel: Gorgeously set over looking the harbor and sea, most amazing view all day!!! Room: We had a double room and it was very basic, fridge, bed and bathroom (with hairdryer). Ceiling fan, but this isn’t great. I don’t spend much time in the room when on holiday so not a huge issue with size but air con would have made a huge difference. We found that it was cooler when we left our room. Food / Drinks All inclusive cocktails are out of a machine disappointingly. If you pay they will make fresh ones. However pint glasses for beer and glasses for all other drinks if your are sitting around the bar, which is great. Hate when you go to the bar in the evening and get a plastic cup! Drinks were of a good choice, lots of variety and shots or tequila and sambuca included! Food was really nice, breakfast was amazing, full English or pastries, cheeses, omelette station, honestly there is something for everyone . Snacks - amazing, burgers pizza, chicken strips etc. Dinner always found loads to eat, honestly cannot fault the food! This is definitely a hotel I would consider going back to, hopefully they look at air con in all rooms as this would be a huge bonus!"
