Servatur Puerto Azul

"Just got back from 7 nights at Servatur Puerto Azul and we had the best time! We booked a Private Duplex Pool Room on the standard All-Inclusive. The room itself was kept spotless, and having the mini-fridge restocked daily along with the in-room alcohol dispenser was such a nice touch. The food was honestly amazing - so much choice! Breakfast was brilliant with fresh omelettes and churros, and dinners had great variety like Italian, Asian, and grill stations (plus an ice cream machine in the restaurant!). The drinks on standard All-Inclusive cover all your soft drinks, local draught beer, spirits, and pre-made cocktails. The hotel definitely gets busy so having that private pool to retreat to made the whole trip feel extra special. Would 100% recommend!"

"We came here for 6 nights on all inclusive plus, In a private duplex pool room. The room was spotless , the pool in the room had a maintenance man every morning around 9 and cleaners came everyday and the cleaners came between 10 and 2 ish they restocked the fridge (fanta orange, Fanta lemon, sprite, tonic water and coke) they also refilled the alcohol dispenser (Bacardi, Smirnoff, gordans gin and black label whiskey once they had less than 20% left , pool towels were included with the room and changed daily (usually 10 euro at reception) there are different types of board options ,all inclusive only had your pre made cocktails and local spirits aswell as soft drinks and local beers on tap where as all include plus had hand made cocktails most drinks at the bar included (a few exceptions were Guinness, kopperburg and a few more ) redbull is also included on all inclusive plus aswell as the gelato ice cream one scoop in a cup or cone as many times a day as u want The quality of food is top tier breakfast is your usual full Irish type food (beans, bacon,sausage, poched fried and scrambled eggs, hash browns etc) you also have home made omelets churros pancakes and ham and cheese toasties aswell as cereal and fruits and endless types of bread and rolls. Continental breakfast was just a few bits from breakfast but it wasn’t very popular. The snack bar had the same food daily home made pizzas chicken and beef burgers chips onion rings kabab a salad bar… lunch was similar to the snack bar but a lot more options pasta fried fish chicken and sometimes steak and a good bit more dinner was very good there was different options most nights Italian, Chinese, grill a lot of the food was home made which made it ten times nicer there was something for everyone there is also an ice cream machine in the restaurant and loads of toppings. There is a lot of pools but they are constantly so busy, we went in September and it was so busy you would often have you line up for the snack bar and the two bars, we didn’t watch the evening entertainment but the little bits we saw in passing were very good Staff could be a bit more friendly tbh we meet a few that weren’t helpful we had one that shouted at us in spanish(that we couldn’t understand) and snap cutlery off our table which wasn’t a good experience at all but I’ll put that down to a language barrier apart from that they were okay. The one thing i will note in public areas is a lack of bathrooms there is one around a corner beside the baggage hold at reception we couldn’t find any more than that which made it a little annoying if you were eating or by the pool The pool room was most definitely worth it especially for the fact that the main pool were so busy ,also u can go into all the pools at whatever time you want even at night time All inclusive plus was definitely worth it Would definitely recommend this hotel only complaint is that it’s super busy but that could be looked at as a positive depending on what u want from your holiday (:"
