"This hotel is lovely, rooms are nice. Staff and food are great. I booked to come here as had been before and loved the fact that it is a no smoking hotel. This visit however has been very disappointing, guests are continually vaping. I counted 7 today at lunch while I was eating and staff are doing nothing about it. There are numerous people smoking on their balconies. Reception say the only place you can smoke is outside the hotel but they are not enforcing it. We can't keep our door open or sit on the balcony as people below on both sides are vaping and smoking. We paid way more to come to this hotel ,should of just booked the montebello, half the price."

"Very pleasant surprise: impeccable room, good finishes, very comfortable, rather well soundproofed, with very good bedding and a pleasant terrace. View of the city and the beach a little further away. A 15-minute walk from the beach or the city center, a little more when going back up with the steps and hills. Really very friendly welcome. For parking (essential if you have a car) we recommend booking in advance because there are not that many spaces. A 20 euro deposit returned upon departure. Two swimming pools and a jacuzzi, plenty of sun loungers including 4 canopy-style ones, elevated. Be careful for those requesting a room with a jacuzzi, those on the ground floor look directly onto the walkway used by vacationers to reach one of the hotel wings, so zero privacy. Summary: even better than we thought, very happy!"
