"Very nice hotel, very clean and modern. We hired a car and after I asked about the parking outside the hotel and I was over the moon to get the car space FREE just a £20 deposit that I got back when returning the padlock key . Always got a sun bed. There’s a nice cafe/bar next to the pool where you can buy refreshments, beer food etc lovely couple, he also works in a restaurant in shopping centre . 100 steps down to the bars & shops. Reception staff are friendly enough as well as cleaning staff. We paid £1000 self catering without transfers . You can use the hotel Next door but one for gym spa and even go for food ( if you pay ) . Would return 😁"

"This us my third time at this hotel and as always it was clean, lovely room and friendly staff. My only let down on this occasion was other guests. Couples in their late teens early 20s behaving in the pool like they were on Love Island. I am not a grumpy old person but there is a reason you have a hotel room and I dont want to watch it whilst relaxing by the pool. On the plus side great location. Lovely little pool bar and very helpful with a late check out. You can hear noise from Commercial Centre until late but thus was not an issue to us and if you close the balcony doors you can't really hear it."

"Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The hotel was beautiful, very new, and very clean, with room and towel changes regularly. The pool area is beautiful, and always plenty of beds available, plus great views and very tranquil. The couple that run the pool bar are super friendly, and it’s nice and affordable! We paid for half board, and had breakfast and dinner at another Servatur hotel about 30 seconds round the corner, which was by far our highlight of the trip. The food was amazing, the service impeccable, and such a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast is a buffet, but good quality and lots of options. The dinner is a buffet for started and dessert, and main is chosen from "à la carte", but the menu and buffet is different everyday, with plenty of options! The drinks here are also super affordable, so I would definitely recommend booking half board, as you can pick your reservation time for the evening, anytime between 6:30pm-9pm. The beach was a 15minute walk through the town, but the town and Mogan Mall shopping centre does feel very purpose built and "strip" like. If you’re going for quaint, old town and culture atmosphere, then puerto rico is not your kind of place. However, we did walk 45mins over to amadores beach which was beautiful, and got the bus to Puerto Mogán which is a must see, if the previously mentioned is more your vibe (old town, little venice, marina ect…) The room and staff were 10/10 and we truly did have a lovely week, but if i were to be offer any advice, i would revise whether irish/kareoke bars every night is your vibe, and if it isn’t, then id look elsewhere! ☺️"
