"Everything works perfectly at this place - friendly and knowledgeable reception staff, charming housekeeping staff and spotlessly clean rooms, wonderful choice of food at the breakfast buffet and no queues at the omelette station! The pool area was lovely. Very busy but there is good management of bed availability and polite, timed notices are left on beds that are illegally reserved! The infinity pool is beautiful, overlooking the ocean. We are a family with 3 big teenagers and we fitted comfortably in a double suite which had 2 full bathrooms, which was a big plus. We ate out every evening at fabulous restaurants recommended and booked by the reception staff. But the Monday barbecue was hugely popular and the El Puerto restaurant looked lovely and was well frequented by many guests."

"Just returned home from a short break in marina suites. Absolutely fantastic, we had a select suite on the 8th floor, views were stunning, especially the sunsets. The room was very spacious and really well equipped, huge bed and very comfortable, spotlessly clean, breakfast on the terrace by the pool was lovely and plenty of choice. The pool area was beautiful and although busy at times it never felt overcrowded, we never had any problem getting a bed. The staff from reception were brilliant, always delt with any request with a smile and always willing to help, all staff from house keeping to bar staff always friendly and greeted us with a smile, we were also able to get a late check out which was fantastic. Already booked for a second visit, can't wait."

"This wonderful hotel and friendly staff made a 5 night stay a 5 star experience for a family of 3. Every aspect was excellent. Check in with a glass of champagne, the 'wow' when we entered our room - room/suite 908. A bottle of wine on ice waiting. The suite was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the ocean, marina and beach. Spotlessly clean. A surprise birhday gift on our 2nd day. Little touches like this made us feel very welcome. All staff looked happy in their work. Friendly and couteous at all times. The infinity pool was spectacular. You could just swim to the edge and enjoy the view out to the ocean. No issues with sun lounger availability. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, lovely setting next to the pool and ocean. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to returning next year."
