"Location, cleanliness, chilled atmosphere etc everything was perfect would definitely stay here again, however where our room is located all you can hear most of the day is the staff in what I assume is a staff room located at the back left hand side. They laugh, scream, shout and clap so loudly that it actually sounds like they’re just outside your room… but they’re the floor underneath, it’s just all open to where the rooms on this side of my floor are. If you’re in your room it’s really not what you’re wanting to hear on a relaxing holiday especially when you want a nap in the afternoon and constantly wake up from the sound of them, so I’d ask to have a room down the other side of the corridor. I have taken videos of how loud they actually are from inside the room however I can’t seem to upload them on here."

"Very welcoming reception on arrival. 100euros taken as per instructions on booking.com and all explained as to when and how it will be returned. Explained opening for breakfast and snack/pool area. Room is super spacious perfect for two people. Two mattresses pushed together as is usual in Spanish hotels. Television has all Spanish channels of course but we brought our firestick and connected to the free wifi to be able to watch Netflix. Free wifi in the room is excellent for this as well as other devices. Room has a small ‘kitchenette’ if you can call it that with a two ring hob. Two over everything plates, glasses, decent wine glasses! Mugs next to the kettle and a coffee machine. We didn’t use the coffee machine. The fridge is not big enough for you to fit much in to be honest and although it has a freezer compartment it’s tiny and it was over frosted so frozen some of our drinks. The bathroom has two sinks, plenty space and very clean. The shower is quite powerful although the water does leak out so the bath mat is really needed. The towels are worn and very small!! Also wishing I had read the fine print about smoking on the balcony but it wasn’t far to go to smoke outside the property and everyone seems to adhere to it. All rooms are pool view rooms by the way. It’s a shame the pool bar is only open until 6pm… even two more hours would be a bit better with there being nothing close by it would be nice to have a drink there before going out for the evening. But maybe this is a low season thing? The breakfast is adequate they ask you for your choice of eggs which are cooked fresh then there is a buffet with tomato’s, beans, bacon, sausage, and usually a vegetable.. toast, baguettes, croissants, cereal, yogurts, meats and cheeses. A coffee machine and juice machine with apple, pina and orange. The snack/po bar menu is great and reasonably priced as are the pool area drinks. Pool area and all common areas are super clean. A little book shelf near the reception area as well! overall it’s a really lovely little hotel only a few minor niggles for us which honestly are so small compared to how nice the place is. Super close to the commercial centre and beach area also. A taxi is 100% needed back up the hill if you’re not fit!!!"

"My first time in Puerto Rico Gran Canaria, and stayed in Nachosol Atlantic hotel, I can honestly say the reviews I read before going were wrong. It's a great hotel quiet clean and very relaxing, the staff couldn't be nicer and aim to please. Miriam who I thank very much phoned me a day before I was due to arrive to change my hotel from Nachosol Premium hotel to the Atlantic as my friend has mobility problems. Puerto Rico it's self was lovely very welcoming people and very clean every where, the beach was great but will say pay for a lounger 😁 the Golden Beach restaurant down there was fantastic the servers were efficient polite and the food was brill I would definitely return to Puerto Rico and the Nachosol Atlantic hotel again ❤️ Jacqueline McAfee"
