"Honestly, we was given a room that was dreamy and a fantastic family experience we was given room 600 and the view and terrace was absolutely stunning, so beautiful, the beds very comfy, showers were good and good street parking, staff very kind, reception and booking in was excellent and the maids were excellent, very good and polite, swimming pools amazing, I can't recommended this place any higher and we would definitely consider a return one day, amadores is gorgeous. Thank you for a brilliant holiday"

"What should be an unforgettable family vacation is being a super unpleasant experience because from the first night, yesterday when we checked in, we notified the front desk that it is unbearably hot in the apartment and that the air conditioning does not cool; they tell us that the air conditioners are more than 20 years old and that is all they can do and that some apartments are having this problem, however, in the services contracted and offered by the accommodation they indicate that they have air conditioning We have been here for one day and we have 5 days left and we cannot be in the apartment because of the heat. The air conditioning does not cool at all, the temperature is better outside than inside; we have contacted the accommodation and they do not give us any further solution, because after the maintenance staff came by, we are still the same, it has not improved at all."

"I have been staying at the holiday club hotels in Puerto Rico for over 10 years. Stayed at them all over that time & whilst they all need general maintenance Jardin is the one that needs the most. It’s such a shame to see it in the condition it is now compared to when I first started staying there especially as the rooms are so spacious. It’s annoying as a lot of the basic issues are just that…basic…tiles missing or cracked, black mould in showers, missing chairs, flower beds without flowers where there use to be. If I had to guess I would say the company who owns them has started to run out of cash as all it needs is a handyman to do the basics. For the money it’s still not bad but I feel it’s going to get worse. The young girl on reception called Ava was lovely when we checked in."
