An elevated outdoor terrace helps you make the most of the vistas while you’re relaxing, and comes with a sizeable pool, and a string of loungers and Balinese daybeds for naps and tanning sessions. There’s an extra pool indoors – it’s housed in the onsite spa, a serene space with a sauna, steam room and long list of muscle-melting treatments.
 
When you’re not out sampling the harbourfront restaurants in town, you can tuck into Mediterranean specialities at Club De Mar. It’s self-service at this airy eatery, which brags show cooking and floor-to-ceiling windows, and has extra special touches like DIY Bloody Mary stations.
 
As for the rooms, they’re beautifully styled, with fresh white furnishings and wall murals depicting scenes from under the sea. Each one comes with a flat screen TV, a coffee-making kit, and a balcony or terrace with a view.
