"Best location and accessible to lots of restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops and recreational centers. Great atmosphere. Clean and neat rooms. There's gym and tennis court. Lot of noise during cleaning hours but after those times, it very quite. Breakfast was the best for the whole week spent. Friendly and helpful stuffs. Reasonable prices for all services"

"Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Food was good, breakfast and dinner buffets. For a lot of the rooms including mine, it can be a long walk go reception and the only way out. It’s a shame they didn’t keep open all the original exits. Gym very basic. Sometimes a cigarette smell in the restaurant - a better smoking area should be arranged. Be aware a new change in hotel policy, you get 1 free pool towel change, €3 per change thereafter. Also 1 free A la carte sitting in the restaurant per stay. Free shuttle bus to both beaches, but be careful to find out exactly where from. There was issues with the hot water a couple of times during my stay, possibly due to renovations. Air and dirty water coming through for a while. Only Sky News on my room TV in English, no GB News or BBC, or access to YouTube etc, despite being a premium room. No water bottle on arrival either. Aircon system does not heat the room despite showing higher temp option."

Amenities Gym ok but anybody from the street walks in and uses, heated pool freezing Breakfast cold and poor Quality Mice running around the corridors Rooms on floor 5 are very small and have 1 plug socket in the bed room and 1 in the bathroom"
