"Actually the rooms are good, reception staff friendly and helpful, and the domestic cleaning staff probably some of the best in tne world. But dont hang around the Divine pool bar expecting any service, I waited an hour - wasted t8me. They're far too busy with their mates. Although I did get a Pina Colada in a chipped glass."

"Been comming here for a few years now and always have a great holiday. Great food breckfast and dinner. We have noticed less book HB so restaurant has had to reduce food down but there is still a lot of options to choose and quality is still good. Our room on this visit seemed quite small as we requested a room not to far from reception i cant complain. Pool area is well maintained and reasonably clean and lots of beds. We are back next aprill but we have been told it will close in may for a major refurbishment."

"Had to book a classic room as premier room full but never again I've stayed here 7 times in last 2 years booked for Christmas but will be getting cancelled to other hotel view was a concrete wall and 2 half dead trees floor was soaking in room and a constant generator buzzing so won't be sitting in balcony"
