"Excellent hotel! Beautiful property nestled in a very well-kept tropical garden. Pools, gym, pool bar, restaurant, entertainment with beautiful shows and continuous activities throughout the day. Excellent breakfast and fantastic dinner with many varieties of dishes offered. Large and comfortable room with a view of the garden, sea, and pool. Excellent value for money"

"We have been to most of the Canary islands, but this was the first time to gran canaria, and of all the countries we have been and hotels we have been lucky enough to visit, we both agreed that this is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. It's like a tropical oasis! Direct access to the beach and shops and bars within a minute walk. The whole place is kept spotlessly clean and the staff were all soo helpful and friendly , and remembered us from day 1. Part of that might be because I'm an amputee and have a prosthetic leg and because we're British (as there seemed to be mainly German speaking guests - not that that bothered us), but I'd like to think it's because all the staff really care about their guests. From housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant, snack bar, reception and what I assume were management, everyone was great and went above and beyond. If I did have any complaint it would be the amount of steps, but that was partly my own fault, so I'll make sure to request a room near to reception next time (because we'll definitely be going back!), for step free access to the restaurant and limit the steps to the pool and snack bar area. I am terrible with names, so I can't remember individuals I'd like to thank, but there is Trudy, who always had a smile and wave as she walked past, and say hello and take the time to talk to us, as well as other guests. Then of course there is Juan! His jaw must ache by the end of the day because he seems to have a permanent smile on his face and works so hard. He always had us smiling and always up for a joke and a laugh."

"Air conditioning is not working properly, room is run-down. Long pants required for dinner only for men (very discriminatory), so I did not have dinner. Bar is quite expensive. Buffet is always the same. Anyone who has the late dinner slot does not get a seat for the evening program. And on top of that, 2 of our rooms were allegedly canceled; instead of helping, there were only accusations, and we had to pay for the first night ourselves until the tour guide could clarify it the next day. Never again!"
