"Fantastic place to stay in a handy location close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. The appartments are spacious and very comfortable and very clean. The staff are fantastic and so helpful. We had an issue with one of our aircon units not working and they could not have been more helpful in getting it fixed. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was our 2nd time to Gran Canaria and we stayed in a beautiful place last time and wanted to visit Gran Canaria again and decided to downgrade slightly and after reading the reviews we decided to stay here as it sounded great .. we were mislead!! It started by arriving late not the hotels fault obviously but the guy on reception couldn’t speak a word of English and had to translate everything on his phone which was ok and to be fair the map was easy to follow. The bungalow: we paid for a superior one well if that was superior I wouldn’t have liked to have seen standard. The air conditioning was good, plenty of utensils and good fridge freezer that is where the good part ends. It was like something out of the 1970’s .. Single beds which was like sleeping on wood, the curtain pole had failed down luckily no one was near it, the kitchen was grim and dark, and when we looked under the sink there was a dead cockroach which must have been there a while as it was stuck to the plastic bag it was on, the bathroom had a hairdryer in it that was from the 60’s and you couldn’t use it unless you wrapped a towel around the handle as it got so hot after about a minute and you ended up burning your hand. There was dead flies on the side in the bathroom which obviously meant the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. The doors were all sliding doors which didn’t slide the kitchen one came off it’s runner the bedroom door didn’t close at all. The seating area was again as hard as rock not comfortable at all. The outside area was dirty in fact none of the floors were cleaned the whole time we were there they changed the beds but not sure they liked the fact we had put the beds the other way to make a double bed because if we didn’t the beds would come apart when pushed together. The plug sockets were hit and miss some didn’t work at all. The sunloungers in the “garden” were ok and the seating outside was better than inside. The reception area was clean and bright so I think most of the money on the hotel was spent on that as it certainly isn’t on the accommodation. Not all bad though the location is really good being only 5 minutes in a taxi to the centre and a 5 minute walk to the shops and yumbo centre but as taxis are cheap and plentiful this isn’t a reason I would book again. All in all it was ok but my advice would be if you can afford just a couple of hundred pounds more then book somewhere else it would worth it."
