Bull Vital Suites & Spa Boutique Hotel

"West of town, walking distance to restaurants and bars. Quiet location. Hotel Spa is very good onsite. The atmosphere is very relaxed and would seem peaceful. Room we had was a junior suite and large, which served our needs very well. Large main room, separate bedroom. Rooms cleaned every day and kept smelling nice too. Towels changed daily. Noise around the hotel was an issue, not from guests but from the spa plant room running all day which Was loud. I suspect plant room doors were left open for air flow. Unfortunately you couldn't sit on your balcony with it making a constant din. There's also building works going on that has closed all the lower ground floor 1 rooms. So that looks like a building site, although nothing doing whilst we were there. it doesn't look pleasant. In terms of value, this hotel is 4 star due to the Spa etc. I wouldn't rate it as a four star hotel. It's tired and needs some updating big time. We did enjoy our 10 days there, but there's better nearer the centre or out beyond the golf course, which is a stunning view from the hotel Food was only brekkie, and it was slanted to continental. No mushrooms or sausages or English type choices."

"I was at the hotel in mid-September with a day pass for spa use and food. A few months earlier we had stayed at the hotel and we were very satisfied with everything, but on this occasion none of the spa showers were working, the locker rooms were closed...the manager very kindly informed us that there was a 30-minute water outage, but the showers never worked, there was also nowhere to shower when leaving the spa, the restrooms were dirty... When we went up to the pool area to eat, we saw that there is construction in the entire back part of the spa, hence the deficiencies. I consider that they cannot offer a spa service with such deficiencies, they should have called us to inform us and offer us a date change or refund. In short, we spent our scheduled day off with displeasure."

"I'll be honest. For what we paid ( less than £100 pp per night ) I wasnt expecting much, and the reviews are mixed - we booked on booking.com HOWEVER !!!!!!! I really couldn't fault it When I travel on business I would normally stay in 4/5 starred place and this was labelled 4 star. Check in - super easy. We booked 4 rooms but one traveller couldn't make it but we still paid for 4 ! Rooms on the ground floor are VERY spacious and SUPER clean Overlooking the pool and restaurant There are upgraded rooms with slightly more privacy over looking golf club Fully air conditioned and yes, the bathrooms could do with a bit of modernisation BUT super clean and did the job Water temperature was a little haphazard in the shower but a minor point Breakfast, not luxury items but perfectly great. Fresh orange juice and cava if you want and a chef making on the spot omlettes if requested The hot buffet wasn't great but all perfectly lovely The swimming pool never busy and again super clean Towels provided and easily exchanged with chamber maids when required The spa is exceptional - again not busy and well equipped as was the FANTASTIC gym. To be honest, what with Spa and Breakfast, that room cost was VERY well worth it A great stay is the area suits ( short walk to most places ) and amazing value for money. Its not luxury but its very very good One minor complaint - bar / breakfast staff quite off ish and don't seem to enjoy their jobs. One waiter literally kept dropping and smashing plates and glasses every time we were there. Recommended"
