"My partner and I stayed here from 23rd - 30th April 2026, and we had a brilliant time here. This was our first time doing an all inclusive / lounging by the pool type holiday, rather than our usual busy sightseeing city break, and we absolutely loved it!
Food: We arrived at just after 9.30pm on our first night so we just missed dinner service, however there is a hot snack bar outside by the pool bar that is open until a little later so we were able to get something to eat after a long day of travelling. We are both vegetarian and found that the labels at the restaurant and the snack bar were not always super clear regarding what we could and could not eat; there is a sign on the door of the restaurant with a key of different symbols like vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc, however we did not actually see any of these symbols on any of the labels for each of the foods. The only one we saw used was "allergens" which is not very specific, so this was a little disappointing but not impossible to navigate as we just stuck to eating things that very obviously did not contain meat, and avoided anything that may be ambiguous. There were plenty of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and breads for breakfast, as well as cooked options like eggs, beans, potatoes etc. Lunch and dinner felt very similar to each other with regard to the veggie options; there may have been more variation for meat eaters but we were mostly limited to salads, pizza, and pasta.
Drinks: We stuck to the drinks that were in the regular all inclusive deal rather than upgrading to the premium options, and we felt that this was plenty of choice. There was wine (red, white, and rosé), beer, sangria, coffee, water, juice, cola, and lemonade available on self-serve taps 24/7, and there were spirits+mixers and a couple of pre-mixed cocktails (plus the wines and beer as well) available at the pool and indoor bars.
Room: we booked a standard twin room and we ended up on the 4th floor on the same side as the main entrance to the building. We were really lucky and had a lovely view from our balcony including being able to see the ocean. The room was lovely and clean and a decent size, with two single beds pushed together (we asked if they could make these up as one big bed but unfortunately this was not an option), a sofa (which I believe could pull out to be another bed if needed), a TV, a kettle, a mini fridge, and a decent sized wardrobe. On the balcony there was a little table and two chairs, and a line to hang wet towels and swimwear on to dry. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower.
Location: this hotel is very close to the beach, a few small shops including a pharmacy and corner shops, a few bars, and a bus station, so there are lots of options available if you want to do anything outside of the hotel, either close by or a bit further afield. We hired a car while we were staying here and we paid to use the carpark at the hotel, which was €10 per day, as we wanted to drive up into the mountains at some point during our stay, however you could definitely have just a good of a trip without this, and I believe there are normal bus routes up to some of the viewing points (without the need for a specific tour which would cost more money).
Pools: there are two regular pools (one larger main one, and one slightly smaller but still decent sized one), one shallow pool for kids, and a couple of little dipping pools with bubbles. There were plenty of sunbeds available around the whole pool area with varying degrees of shade or sun throughout the day, depending on what you want. There were also lots of parasols available; they did require a little force to put up but this may have just been a me problem as I am pretty weak!
Entertainment: there was an arcade on the ground floor of the hotel, with air hockey, claw machines, a pool table, pinball, and a couple of driving games. These all required Euro coins to use, but were good fun and a nice addition for something extra to do. The Animation Team put on various entertainment throughout the daytime by the pool, and in the evenings there was a kids disco at 8.30pm followed by something for the adults at 9.30pm, usually finishing some time around 10.15pm, with Monday being their day off. The daytime entertainment included different games like aqua aerobics, bingo, mini golf, and archery (with suction arrows, not actual sharp arrows), and the evening entertainment included quizzes, variety shows, singers, and karaoke. The evening entertainment was a little cheesy and silly but in the absolute best way possible, and was very fun to watch / participate in. Everyone in the Animation Team were brilliant and so lovely and fun, but especially Raffaele and Claudia!
Overall, this was a brilliant hotel to stay in and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we were very sad to leave when it was time to go home."
