"Hotel is really nice. We got a room on the same level as the pool are which was lovely. The room was big it had a sofa and kitchette and a smaller bedroom with two single beds pushed together as a double. And a bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Requested more pillows. They use feather and down which i couldnt use due to asthma but they changed them out to foam pillows no problem. Small kitchenette area had a microwave fridge Kettle, Coffee maker and all utensils. No way of cooking ( a hob) which would have been nice esp as we went self catering. The air conditioning was very good both in bedroom and sitting area. Free wifi. The decking area outside badly needs to be replaced and is a bit of a trip hazard. The housekeeping lady was so lovely and did a wonderful job of our room. It didn't get cleaned on Tues Thurs and Suns as they were her days off. We used the spa and Paula gave a great hot stone massage. The restaurant was very disappointing. We used it once, it was a buffet. The food was dry, tough and not very hot. We only ate there the first day and went out after that. It's was also a lot cheaper to eat out. There was no bar while we were there. The hotel could really benefit from evening entertainment and a bar. The local area is small, theres an Irish bar which if you like football is perfect and food not bad. The steakhouse the food was very good. We got take out pizza from the other restaurant on 2 occasions and it was delicious. We had a hired car so we drove 4km to Puerto Rico where there's a great atmosphere. Great restaurants and cafés and not bad shopping. Bargaining was key here. We drove to Mogan and it's a fabulous quaint harbour. The habour was full of yachts but you could see the fish swimming in the harbour. Which was amazing. It was so clear. A lot of excursions go from there. It was less than 30 mins from the Hotel. Overall the 10 days we spent there was so relaxing although it was very hot. . The pool was fabulous. It had 2 jacuzzi chairs in the pool and they were lovely. The pool bar food was lovely. Music playing which was good. Lots of sunbed with umbrellas and with fabulous views of the coastline. The lift to the beach was great. Nice walk along into the town. Def saved legs on the hill up to the hotel which is a bit steep. We'd def go again. It's a lovely place for a quiet relaxing holiday. Def not one if you want to party. Great value for money."

"Well-located hotel in a quiet area with a big plus: it has an elevator with direct access to the beach, which is very convenient. The facilities in general are very good. I would especially highlight the pool, very beautiful and different from others I have seen, with a black stone lining that gives it a very original look. It also has a fairly well-equipped gym and a massage area, so the hotel's services are complete. Regarding the cleanliness and the staff's attention, our experience was fine. The hotel has a room cleaning policy on alternate days. I don't consider it a negative thing, but it is something worth knowing in advance, since on the days without service you have to take care of tasks like making the bed. We stayed on a room-only basis, so I cannot evaluate the hotel's food. As an area for improvement, I think the hotel is starting to show some signs of wear. One could see, for example, wear in some areas of the floor accessing the pool and, in the rooms, especially in the bathrooms, some elements already looked quite used. I also think the beds would need a renovation. In short, I think it is a good hotel to spend a week, with a very good location, good facilities, and interesting services. In addition, it offers good value for money considering its features. That said, a progressive renovation of some areas and elements of the rooms would help maintain the hotel's standard."

"The hotel is basic. The room we got must be the simplest of all, the bathroom is quite old, and the room window faced a hallway and a wall, too small. With a 17-year-old girl, not even an extra bed, a sofa bed that wasn't even that, you had to throw the mattress on the floor, and it was very thin. The bed was comfortable enough to rest, but the pillows were terrible. The pool is fantastic, and the access to the beach is very good. Breakfast and dinner were quite good. After dinner, there is nowhere to have a drink."
