"had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The whole place was lovely and very clean, and it really made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were spotless which made a great first impression as soon as we arrived. The food was also fantastic, with a great variety available, so there was always something different to enjoy. Everything we tried was fresh and very tasty. The service from the staff was excellent throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. Another great bonus was the free shuttle bus to the beach, which made getting there quick and easy. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"This is the second time we have visited Mirador by Dunas and we'll definitely return. Its a great location and the facilities are great. We stayed as a family of three with our 7 year old son who has allergies. We felt very safe in the hotel with the food as its very clearly labelled and there is plenty of choice for everyone. The drinks are good, mainly from a machine for cocktails which are fine, the slush drinks are great, and plenty of choice of other local spirits and mixers etc too with beer and wines on tap to self serve. The pool snacks were great too although it was better when it was paper plates previously that you could take back to your lounger but understand this might have changed for cleanliness reasons as people tend to leave rubbish lying about when you can do this. Plenty of activities for children and adults during the day and night including live entertainment, pool activities and kids entertainment. The pools are great although the big one is a bit chilly especially in the mornings as its not heated but nice on a very hot day, the smaller one is ok though. The rooms are clean although could do with a little refresh in some areas like grout/painting but very clean overall, air con works well but is a machine rather than being built in. It's not a problem though and the rooms also have ceiling fans. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has a bath and shower. Corner rooms are a little more spacious but the pool view rooms are a decent size too. Block D pool view is best if you want a view of the entertainment from the balcony but doesn't get a lot of direct sun on the balcony so you are better on the other side if you like to sunbathe. We had no problem getting a lounger even though it seemed busy at times. Its quite a far walk from the beach and main strip and takes about 40 minutes but there is regular free buses from the hotels and a taxi to Maspalomas or Playa de Ingles beaches is about 7-8 euros so quite reasonable and the front desk can organise for you. Nearby the hotel is some smaller restaurants and cafes and plenty of smaller shops like Spar and local gift shops. Aldi is right next door too. A short walk away is the el Tablero shopping centre which has Zara, Pull and Bear and a larger HyperDino supermarket as well as some other sports shops etc. We are looking forward to returning again next year as its great value for money and we had a lovely time again. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Arrived end of February for a couple of weeks. We are a couple without children but really enjoyed Omar and his team entertaining the children he went above and beyond his enthusiasm is electrifying. The hotel in general is very well organised and always kept clean. The food is really tasty a lot of it is the same each day but enough variety."
