"The hotel’s outdoor spaces are lovely: well‑kept sun‑beds and a peaceful adults‑only zone overlooking the golf course. Daytime pool entertainment was good, and the quiet location suits those seeking relaxation. We paid to upgrade to the adult only section and the Bali beds. Sadly our stay was affected by problems repeatedly mentioned in earlier guest reviews: • Very poor night‑lighting around the main‑pool circuit – a genuine safety concern walking to and from dinner. • Almost no usable Wi‑Fi near the adults‑only pool. • Buffet dishes often only luke‑warm and rhe poorest quality and choice we have ever experienced in a buffet style restaurant. Salad largely consisted of lettuce,tomato and cucumber… pork was on the menus 10 nights out of 12 just in different formats (roast, ribs, stew, stew, stew) • Irregular bar opening hours; green‑wristband guests could not buy bottled water at bars. • Persistent ant infestation inside/outside our rooms - reported (but not resolved) during our stay. • Limited in‑room provisions (no kettle, minimal supplies, no restocking) unless you wanted to pay for another upgrade. We emailed management after our visit. Their follow‑up acknowledged our points and promised reviews; however, many identical complaints appear in past reviews, which makes us question whether lasting changes will follow. We delayed posting to give them a chance to respond meaningfully. With proper action – especially on outdoor safety lighting and food‑service standards – this property could be a true 4‑star hotel. Right now it falls short of that promise."

"Excellent service cleanliness and food quality and choices. The staff in every department are so friendly and welcoming and are doing a great job (well, maybe there is just one grumpy chef!) Pool area is gorgeous. There is a great vibe throughout the hotel with occasional day time live music (saxophone for example) by the pool and aqua exercise fun with Miguel. There is also a different singer most evenings (not my cup of tea but nice background music all the same). We are using the gym before breakfast, it is well equipped and air conditioned. All inclusive is not 24 hours, that seems a problem for some people but not for us . We’re all inclusive plus which means a little more choice on selection. The location is not Playa Maspolomas however that is not a surprise as the descriptions all say that. It’s about an hour to walk to the playa and there is a free bus provided too plus taxis are good value. It is a good 4*. Having read reviews before we came my expectations we’re caged however all my family (age range 4-65) are very happy here. Ignore the negative reviews and have a lovely holiday."

"This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel, we love it! It is quiet and super pleasant, especially the adults-only area. It is a real luxury with the bungalows in a semicircle with views of the golf course and the dunes that can be seen behind. It has a small pool in the middle and a corner bar and since there are few rooms in that area (I think about 27) it is not overcrowded, there are many times when you are alone or with your partner in the water. There are people of all ages. The breakfast is very complete and the fruit is from their own farm, very good! It is recommended to get the "all-inclusive" wristband, it is worth it. All the hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. We will repeat next year."
