"Never forget YOU DESERVE THIS. Perhaps I am biased, as this is our third stay at this resort in the 12 months. Each stay is a week of pure unadulterated relaxation. Maspalomas takes care of the sunshine, Club Maspalomas takes care of everything else. The entire site is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and all the staff are wonderfully helpful. A fully equipped gymnasium for those that must, hot tubs, relaxing pools and my favourite, a cold water bath for 10 minutes a day, it makes you feel alive! The spa treatments are lovely (I had 2 this time). Breakfast is not to be missed with food to meet every taste. We loved the aqua aerobics (especially the Italian instructor) and the paella/sangria workshop is great fun. A wide range of excellent evening entertainment is a nice addition. BUT, make sure you relax, you've earned this."

"My family and I returned home from this wonderful hotel a few days ago. We stayed in a junior suite, which was a little bungalow with its own outdoor area. The bungalow and the rest of the hotel was spotless. The staff were so friendly ( in all areas of the hotel) and accommodating and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay and they couldn't do enough for you. I am a Coeliac and have to eat a gluten free diet, with no cross contamination of gluten, this can be difficult on holiday. Here it was no problem at all, I actually felt for the first time that I wasn't an inconvenience. There is a separate GF corner at breakfast with the usual cereal, bread cakes and separate grill but you could also ask for pancakes, porridge, cooked breakfast and they would cook it all separately for you. At breakfast they would take an order from you for the evening meal and you could literally order anything you wanted. Alternatively you could order from the buffet and they would plate it up separately in the kitchen and bring it to your table. All the restaurant staff were very knowledgeable and so accommodating and friendly. The entertainment was good, there was a lovely spa which we took advantage of, as we were given a 20% off voucher when we arrived and there was always sunbeds available around the lovely pool. The hotel is away from the town area and the nearest beach but it is easily walkable or you can get a taxi or the bus. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are looking forward to returning again."
