"Another amazing holiday staying at Club Maspalomas,Suites and Spa. 7th time now, and more to come. A home from home. Chilled relaxed and happy, vibes as always. Bungalow rooms are always clean and well looked after, the cleaners are fantastic workers (Daniella) in particular who looks after us every visit.The hotel always do their best to give us the same room per visit when requested. Service is always at a premium,the staff are always first class and offer a great family like appeal to your stay. Special praise for Santo and Eva who have excelled in their new positions. A New high staff turnover since our last visit, but all have fit in seamlessly in to the well run ship. High praise to Estevan, Gustavo, Yaniel,and Lukas who are always going above and beyond. Last but not least Vesela and Ivan for keeping up the high standards, looking forward to our next visit in 2027. Thanks again Chris and Amanda."

"This was our 4th time staying at this hotel and once again we found it an amazing place to spend 11 days. On arrival there was a bottle of bubbly and a box of chocolates waiting for us in our room and a nice note stating "Welcome Home" Other nice touches were a bottle of bubbly left in the room for my wife's birthday and a small birthday cake brought to our table after our evening meal. Every part of this hotel is spotless which is a credit to all the staff that work incredibly hard to keep it that way and make it the special place it is. The food is amazing with plenty of choice for everyone. The facilities available from the pools, the gym and the spa are all excellent. This truly is a first class hotel which is so relaxing it makes you want to return again and again. We will be back."

"Our 8-Night Stay – A Very Enjoyable Experience Overall We stayed for eight nights as a couple in our 50s and, overall, had a fantastic stay. As many other reviews have mentioned, the hotel is absolutely spotless. We stayed in a Balinese Deluxe Room overlooking the pool, which was clean and well maintained. Two bottles of water were provided daily, along with replenished tea and coffee facilities. The fridge was lovely and cold, and an iron and ironing board were available on request. A special mention must go to the housekeeping team – you are amazing! Your hard work really does make a difference, and you deserve a huge thank you. We booked bed and breakfast as we enjoy eating out and had researched and pre-booked some recommended restaurants before arriving. We simply jumped in a taxi to get to them. We also knew beforehand that it was around a 30-minute walk to the lighthouse, so a little research before travelling is always worthwhile. Breakfast was excellent, with an extensive choice of food and absolutely everything you could wish for. If a glass of bubbly is your thing, that was available too! We had absolutely no complaints about breakfast. My only minor comment regarding the room would be that storage space was a little limited, although perhaps I should admit that I may have overpacked! Unfortunately, our one disappointment was the evening we decided to dine in the hotel restaurant. At €45 per person, we expected a good dining experience. We ate at around 8 pm, but much of the food had run out and what remained was cold. I eventually ended up having cheese and biscuits, which was disappointing. I mentioned our experience to reception the evening before we left. While an apology was given, no refund or other gesture was offered. I appreciate that things can occasionally go wrong, but at that price, I felt the experience fell short of expectations. That said, this did not overshadow what was otherwise a fantastic stay. The cleanliness, lovely room, excellent breakfast and hardworking housekeeping team all deserve praise. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay so enjoyable. We had a wonderful holiday overall, with just a little room for improvement when it comes to the evening dining experience."
